This is the last week, also known as the week in which you maintain the results that you have worked so hard for. You might have already met your goal, and have achieved your dream body. At this point you may be afraid of the yo-yo effect, or you may want to continue to lose weight and become thinner.

This week, you have to work to transform your body type into a type that easily stays thin. You have to regularly exercise. Each week, do two days of aerobic exercises, and two days of anaerobic exercises. Anaerobic exercises are very important, as they tone your body, making it more attractive and stronger.

You can also take half-body baths, or soak your feet at night, in order to speed up your metabolism even more.

Continue your patterns of healthy eating, and say no to midnight snacks. When you eat, only eat until you are 50% full, and continue to eat those carbs that are full of fiber.

Once you consistenly follow this, even if you occasionally let loose and eat until you're stuffed or go out drinking, your body will not drastically gain weight.
