This first week, also known as the week we are changing the way your body works, and your habits. With this preparation, it will be much easier to lose weight in the coming weeks.
When you've just started the first week, you need to give your body a bit of time to get used to this new lifestyle. Make sure to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner as you normally would. Make sure you eat on time as well. However don't eat too quickly, making sure that you are chewing your food well.
This week, you are going to cut out all junk food and sugary drinks. Drink at least 2 liters of water a day, and don't eat anything after 6pm. This week, you do not need to exercise.
This week, your weight won't change very much, although you might lose 1-2 pounds. However, your body has now received the message that you are about to become thinner.
