Rowan blinked a few times to make sure it wasn't a dream. His siblings were in fact gone. Naare put Rowan down, releasing him from her grip. Rowan turned to her.

"Why didn't you let me save them?"

"I did what was best. You can't use the force, and your lightsaber skills aren't like they once were. You couldn't have saved them, and you would have gotten yourself captured too." Naare explained.

"You don't know that!" Rowan said.

"Yes I-ok, look. We are all that's left of this mission. We need to do something about it instead of pointlessly arguing."

Rowan sighed and nodded, Naare was right.

"I mean, Samael said to come to find him," Rowan said.

"It's a trap."

"Do you have a better idea?" Rowan asked.

Naare thought for a moment and then nodded. "Let me help-"

"NO! What about me not trusting you don't you get!" Rowan glared at Naare.

"Rowan, if you can't trust your allies, who can you trust?" Naare said in a suspicious tone.

Rowan shook his head. He still couldn't trust her after everything. He would admit that she had been pretty helpful on the mission overall. But he knew that if a good opportunity presented itself, then Naare would betray them in a second.

"Prove it!" Rowan exclaimed.

"Prove it? I've done nothing BUT prove it." Naare said angrily.

"What about your past? You've never talked about it that much and you get all mad when anyone brings it up. If you tell me about your past then maybe I'll trust you." Rowan said.

Naare looked surprised. "What? Why?"

"Because I'm curious, and it's also a good factor for deciding whether to trust you," Rowan suggested.

Naare sighed. "You should get comfortable. This is a long story."

Graballa stared at Samael. "Ya know, there's something familiar about you. I just can't place it..."

Samael shrugged. "I'm sure you'll remember eventually."

Just then, Ren and Dengar walked in with the captured Freemakers.

"Ah! There you all are." Graballa exclaimed.

"Here you go, boss." Dengar shoved Kordi and Zander forward.

Graballa turned to Samael, expecting him to say something, but he seemed focused on something else. Samael was focused on Ren. He took a quick glance at the other Knights of Ren in the room. He did not trust them one bit. The alliance Samael had with the Knights of Ren was dangerously delicate. The three of them (the Knights, Graballa, and Samael) met up by accident while pursuing the Freemakers, and they all realized they had a common goal. With that goal in mind, they found the Freemakers, disabled the power in the ship, and kidnapped them. One thing that Samael knew was that Graballa and the Knights had already been aligned before they ran into him. But for some reason, they pretended to just have met each other. Was it because they had some other plan?

"Uh, Samael? What now?" Graballa waved his arms in Samael's face.

Samael awoke from his daydream. "Right, the plan. We all have to split up. Or just split in half at least."

"HEY SAMAEL! JUST WAIT TILL I GET FREE! YOU WILL FACE THE WRATH OF ZANDER FREEMAKER, SUPER-STAR SITH KILLER GUY!" Zander exclaimed.

Kordi shushed Zander. "You're gonna get us killed!"
