Arthur and I meet Sadie and Dutch in Saint Denis. As we enter the tavern, Dutch and Sadie were at the bar. "Don't you worry about me," Sadie snapped at Dutch quietly. "There you are," Dutch says as he takes puff of his cigar. "Here we are," Arthur states. "Come on, let's go," Dutch says as he puts out his cigar. "Let's go where?" I ask. Dutch glances at me stoically. "Why are you so riled up?" Arthur asks Sadie. "Today si a great day, Morgans. Today is the day that they are going to hang Colm O'Driscoll," Arthur looks at Dutch. "That so?" Dutch is holding a package under his arm. "Either they hang him or Sadie and I shoot him," I state. Arthur looks at me. I shrug. "What?" "They are going to hang him," Dutch states. "Yeah and about time," We follow Dutch towards the back. "That boy's been on the gallows more than most," Arthur tells Dutch. "I wouldn't count anything out until his neck's broke," Arthur says. Dutch opens a door. "Well, neither would I," Dutch shoved two packages into my arms, shoving me and Sadie into the room. "Which is why, despite us being wanted men, we're going to attend the event ourselves," Dutch shuts the door.
I open the package. I frown. "You have got to be kidding me," I mutter. Sadie stares at me. "I don't like it anymore than you do. But, it is the only way to make sure that bastard is dead," I nod. "I'm not drunk enough for this," I state as Sadie and I start getting dressed. "Hey, you alright, Elisa?" Sadie asks. I sigh. "Did Arthur ask you to tell me that?" I question. "No. I've just seen you change through the past few months," I sigh once I got a black dress on, turning to the blonde. "I... I have lost a lot in this life, Sadie. Arthur saved me when I was three years old from a pack of wolves. I grew up with Sanity and learned to trust Dutch and Hosea. Now, Hosea died. Sanity died. My aunt died and... so did m-my girlfriend. And if we're not careful... someone else is going to die very soon. So, I have changed yes. And frankly, I don't care to be that kind, always help girl I was. No, I am not alright but I am coping the way I want to. And everyone just needs to back the hell off," I state before walking out.
The four of us walk of the tavern. Dutch and Arthur were dressed as policemen as Sadie and I were dressed as 'proper' women. "Come on," We walk down an alley. "Well, don't we just look the part," Arthur states as we follow Dutch. "We'll cut through the alley, into the gallows," Dutch tells us. "We keep our weapons holstered, our disguises on, and our wits about us," He explains. "Mrs. Adler, might I say being a fancy woman of Saint Denis suits you," Arthur tells Sadie. "Hm. I'd dress up as the Queen of Sheba if it meant seeing that bastard swing," Sadie retorts. "Here, here," Arthur smiles slightly. "Colm hung us up, nearly butchered us. Don't mean I'm comfortable in this woolen coat," "The two of you made it out of that predicament, Mr. Morgan. My husband did not," She states. "You lost your husband. I lost my darling, Rosie. That poor Kieran boy. We all lost something because of Colm. And that is why we will shepherd him to eternity," "Amen to that," "Keep your fingers off those triggers. Because we'll need cool heads and calm dispositions to see this done," Dutch states. I let out a chuckle. "Practice what you preacher, old man," I mutter. "What ever do you mean?" Dutch questions. "Are you going to keep your cool? Really?" I inquire. "When you seem to lose it every so often, now," "This doubting and questioning of yours.... I miss the old Elisa," Dutch states quietly. "Don't we all," I growl. "You two quit it. We all got a job to do, and we're all in rough agreement about how tod it, as far as I can tell," Sadie states. "Exactly," Dutch replies. "We'll get it done alright," Arthur says. "Alright then. Come on. We got a hanging to witness,"
Once the gallows came into sight, there was a whole crowd, awaiting the event. "Look here, how the public loves an execution," Dutch states. We peak near the gallows entrance. "Now you see that pair of assholes," Dutch points out. The two guys were laughing and pushing each other. "They're Colm's boys," I state. "Yes," "What a surprise. Dutch looks at Arthur. "I'm glad we're here," We observe the two assholes. One of them was pointing towards the building across the street. "What are they pointin' at?" Dutch mutters. I look at the top of the building. "Hm. My guess is there's going to be a sniper at the building, to make sure ole Colm doesn't swing," Dutch nods. "Oh, here comes somebody," We all look away, hiding from the O'Driscoll. Dutch looks at Arthur and Sadie as I watch the O'Driscol closely. "Sadie, Arthur. You both stay here. Elisa and I will follow him and find out what's going on," Arthur and Sadie look at each other before at me and Dutch. Dutch starts following the asshole as I follow.
