(Kiibo Free time Event 1#) Y/N POV: "...Y/N, if you have free time, would you like to spend it with me? There's something I want to ask you." Kiibo told me. "U-Um, yeah, okay." I responded. "Thank you! Actually, I was hoping you could describe what it is like to be a teenager. I require many samples so that I can better understand the human teenage experience." Kiibo told me. I ended up spending some time with a disappointed Kiibo when I said that I probably wouldn't be able to tell him what a normal teenager's life would be like. So as compensation, I gave him a gift. "This is nice. It aligns with my preferences. You understand me... I feel...happy. Since you have come to speak to me... I can only assume that you've taken some sort of interest in me." Kiibo said. "W-Well, you are a robot." I muttered. "Indeed. Curiosity is a very useful human quality... Very well, I shall humor you." Kiibo told me. I...couldn't help but notice that he was talking down to me. "So first, I will explain my functions. As a robot, I'm somewhat extraordinary compared to you." Kiibo said. "A-Ah, forgive me, but...didn't you say that you had the strength of an old person?" I asked him. "T-True, but... Considering the tragedy that occurred during trial production, it was a logical design choice. Now first, is my visual acuity. I have 20/13 vision... Impressive, no?" Kiibo said. "...Kiibo, the average is 20/20 vision...yours is a little less than average, even I have better vision than you, being a human and all..." I sweat dropped, though...I wouldn't mind if I was better than a piece of modern technology. "What are you talking about!? Over 50% of high school students have less than 20/20 vision! But no matter what, my visual acuity will always be 20/13." Kiibo told me. "I...guess if it got any worse it would count as a malfunction... "My next function will definitely surprise you. Y/N, please raise your hand." Kiibo instructed me. "...E-Eh?" I muttered. "I want you to put your hand in front of my mouth." Kiibo clarified. "E-Er...like this?" I said. "Haaaaaaaaaa..." Kiibo hummed as electricity flowed around him. What the... "Haaaaaaaaaa..." A sort of lukewarm breath grazed across my hand. Well, Kiibo is a robot, so perhaps not 'breath'... "How about that? In addition, my warm breath also functions as a dryer." Kiibo said. "O-Oh...right." I muttered. "Now, now, you can't be surprised just yet, okay? Case in point, my hand can turn into a multi-tool! With both hands, I have 20 tools at my disposal! My finger can detect wafting aromas, and even distinguish different scents! I also have a music player for when I'm bored. I can even play tapes and records. Neat, huh?" To be honest...I was still thinking about how weird his breath felt on my hand, I don't really know, nor care much about your other functions... "Don't be too surprised. After all, I am the Ultimate Robot!" Kiibo exclaimed proudly. "...Forgive me for my rudeness, however... Is that it?" I asked Kiibo. "Is that it...? You mean, you're not impressed?" Kiibo asked me. "W-Well, I assumed you'd have a lot more...flashy...functions." I admitted. "...W-Well, you know...I might have a special function of sorts... But Professor Idabashi told me to keep it a secret. I hope you get the chance to see it someday. And besides... My greatest attribute is actually not a function at all." Kiibo said. "...I-It isn't?" I muttered. "You can't tell what it is? It's my compact, lightweight design that makes my various functions possible! This is what drives Professor Idabashi's technological revolution! Well? Now do you understand just how amazing I am?" Kiibo asked me. "I-I...will never complement your technological advancements." I told Kiibo firmly before quickly making my way to my dorm.

(Kiibo Free time Event 2#) "There's an area in this school that is closed off. It seems there are other hidden rooms as well." Kiibo said. "I-If you are concerned about it, then I could invite you to come explore the school with me." I told Kiibo. "Alright, then let's explore the school together." Kiibo said. Kiibo and I then spent some time exploring the grounds. "So since you've come to talk to me again... I'm convinced that you must be very fascinated with me, Y/N. That is understandable. In all the world, there is no other robot as impressive as I am." Kiibo said. Why is he talking to me like that? His technology will never be able to grow greater than the infinite knowledge on paper. "H-Hey, Kiibo. You said that your father is Professor Idabashi, right? D-Do you know why he made you?" I asked Kiibo. "The professor told me that I am the sum total of his research. The entirety of his knowledge, technology, and expertise in the field of robotic engineering... All applied to create a robot more human than any has come before. That is what I am. He said...I am the culmination of his life's work. But...I was not truly 'born' until an incident occurred that the professor did not predict..." Kiibo began. "A-An incident?" I muttered. "A strong AI was programmed such that my mental age would reflect my appearance. But, unlike now... My AI was only capable of displaying a very narrow spectrum of human emotion. In response, the professor treated me in the way a father would treat his son... But things did not improve. One day, a few years later, an accident occurred during a routine experiment... My programming went rogue...and I ended up seriously injuring the professor." Kiibo admitted. "Wh-What!?" I stammered out. "Fortunately, the professor survived his injury... But I died that day." Kiibo said. "D-Died...?" I sweat dropped. "When I hurt the professor, I was overcome by the emotional response known as 'sadness.' The First Law of Robotics states, 'A robot must not harm a human being.' Though I wasn't punished for violating that rule, I nevertheless felt 'sadness'... I blamed myself for hurting my father. In doing so, I was overcome with 'guilt'... 'This is what it feels like to have human emotions!'  At that moment, my AI suddenly reset...and I became not unlike a newborn infant." Kiibo explained. I see...so that's what Kiibo meant by 'die'. "Perhaps I simply wanted to be 'reborn' as the professor's son again. That's what the professor concluded, and he raised me as his own child... To tell you the truth, my memories were deleted when my AI reset... So I learned all this second-hand from the professor himself." Kiibo said. So...even being seriously injured by his own creation...he still treated him like his own child? Even Kiibo must've...had a better life. "Y/N? Is something wrong?" Kiibo asked me. "A-Ah! It's...nothing important, I was just thinking...that you r-really are the Ultimate Robot." I lied. "Wh-What does that mean? Do you hold me in contempt now because I am a robot? How rude! Please reconsider your attitude toward me in the future." Kiibo told me. "A-Ah...sure." I muttered. I listened to Kiibo's storied about the professor and returned to my room.
