Steve sat in the bathroom for the longest time, not knowing how Billy would take the news.
"Will he leave me? Will he still love me? Will he love you?" Steve said, looking down at his stomach, placing a hand on it, and slightly rubbing it with his thumb. He ran his fingers threw his hair, rubbing his face with his hands. He got up from the floor, putting the other four tests in a nearby cabinet in the bathroom, putting one in his pocket to show Billy. Then collecting himself, before going downstairs, and getting some food, he sat on the couch, waiting on his boyfriend to walk through the door.
~An hour later~
Steve was in the middle of watching tv when he heard someone entering the house. "Honey, I'm home!" Billy's voice echoed throughout the house but Steve was too busy watching TV and Shoving food down his throat to even say anything. Billy upon not getting a response enters the living room, hearing the faint sounds of chewing and television. Billy smiled and walked over to the couch, giving him a kiss on the forehead. "How was your day?" He asked, walking over to the kitchen to put stuff away."Still sick?" Steve then puts his bowl of food down and turns off the television before replying. "Still a little, We missed you," Steve said, with a big grin, while Billy had his back to him, the older male pulls out the test waiting for Billy to turn around. "We? What do you mean by we, babe?" Billy questioned, he then turns around and sees Steve holding a pregnancy test. Billy completely lost it, he ran over to steve picking him up. "Oh my god, you're pregnant!" He yells in joy, lifting his boyfriend off the ground, twirling him around. "Yep, but they're about to have scrambled eggs for brains if you don't put me down," Steve replied, laughing but he really meant it. Billy then laughed, setting Steve down, lifting up his shirt, and placing a hand on his lover's stomach. "My little demogorgen." the younger male said, chuckling. "Or Demogorens." Steve implies. "Is it mine?" Billy asked. He cocked up an eyebrow. You could never ever tell if he was serious or not.
"No, it's not yours, I just thought I should tell you...Of course, it's yours, you idiot, you're the only guy I slept with or ever have as a matter of fact." Steve said, sarcastically rolling his eyes. "You're not mad?"
"No, Why would I be, you're giving me the best gift that any guy would want." Steve teared up. "Oh god, the hormones are already starting." The two of them laughed. "I love you so much, Steven."
"I love you too, Billy."
~That Night~
Steve and Billy were getting ready for bed, Steve was already in bed, waiting on Billy since he was brushing his teeth. "Billy?" "Yes, Love?"
"I wanted to know something."
'What is it, Steve?"
"I had a dream, where I got pregnant and you got mad about me being pregnant and kicked me right in the stomach."
"Stevey, I would never do that to you," Billy replied, walking into the bedroom, and sitting in front of Steve on the bed. "I'm really happy that you're pregnant, I really am, I promise you, I wouldn't end up like my dad with our child."
"Or children." Steve implies, he sighed. "I know, you are, I was just scared about how you would've reacted to it."
"I may overreact sometimes but I would never hurt you." Billy replied, "I promise, I'll be here for you." Steve smiled at him. "Promise?" Steve said. "I promise." Billy got up from the bed and walked back into the bathroom to finish up brushing his teeth, Steve smiled and lay on his side, where Steve fell asleep out of nowhere; Man, growing a human can take a lot of your energy. Billy came into the bedroom to see Steve sound asleep in bed. He smiled, walking over to their bed, getting in, kissing Steve on the side of the head, trying not to wake his lover. "Good night, Steve." He turned the other way, falling asleep.
