Twenty

We get back. I need to get to Draco. I need to make sure he's okay.

Snape walks in.
"You need to hide them." Dumbledore says.
"What?" I say.
"Just follow me." Snape says.

Harry and I follow him to underneath the stairs. We stand there confused.

We can hear someone come in. I turn to look. It's Draco. Harry looks at me.

I'm worried. Snape shakes his head at me telling me not to move.

"I'm sorry." Draco says. His voice is shaky. "I have to do this." He's crying. "I have to kill you... or he's going to kill me." He says.

I push Snape. I hear him mutter a few curse words to me.

I run up the stairs. Draco looks at me.

"Y/n." He says. "What are you doing here? You have to go." Draco says looking back.
"I'm not leaving you here." I say standing next to him.

"I have to do this." He cries. I grab his free hand.

"Draco-." I say.
"Draco, you don't have to do anything." Dumbledore says standing infront of us.
"You don't know anything!" He yells. I can tell he's scared.

"I'm sorry." He whispers to me again.
"Draco, please." I whisper.

Dumbledore pulls out his wand and points it at him.

"No-." I mutter.
"Expelliarmus!" Draco yells disarming him.

I hear more people come up.

"Y/n, hide." Draco whispers to me pushing me to his other side.

I see who it is. It's Death Eaters. Led by Bellatrix Lestrange. I pull out my wand.

"Come on, Draco." Bellatrix says not seeing me yet. I quickly hide behind a pillar.

Draco is shaking.
"I have to." He mutters to Dumbledore.
"Come on, Draco!" Bellatrix yells now standing close to him. "You know the words." She whispers.

I see him look at me scared.

"Draco! Come on. He won't be happy if you don't do this." She says lifting his arm to point his wand at Dumbldore, who looks oddly calm.

Draco is shaking. He can't do it. I step out slowly.

"Y/n Potter." Bellatrix says suddenly looking like she's excited. Draco looks at me worriedly.

"Hey Bella." I say smirking. "How's the arm?"

She points her wand at me.
"I don't think old man Albus right here will be the only one dying tonight." She says.
"No." Draco says jumping infront of me. "No." He repeats.
"No? What do you mean no?" She says looking between us.

"The D-Dark Lord wants to kill her. You can't." He says.
"The boys right." Another Death Eater says.
"Hmm pity. Might just have to deliver you to him then." She says.

"Why doesn't he do his own dirty work? Instead of sending you lot like a pack of dogs." I say. That earns me a look from both Draco and Dumbledore. All the Death Eaters point their wands at me.

"Is he scared?" I ask laughing.
"The Dark Lord is stronger than you. He fears nothing!" Bellatrix yells moving so Draco isn't in her way.

I notice Draco shift.

"That's why he was unable to kill two babies." I say laughing. 

Draco looks at me worried.
"I've had enough with you." Bellatrix says.

She moves out of Draco's way and yells, "Stupefy!" I dodge the blow. I stand up ready to throw a shot.

Someone else walks in. Everyone turns to see who.
