i wake up in richelle's bed, i look over to see richelle fast asleep looking as adorable as ever, i smile to myself about just how vulnerable she is right now.i grab my phone and start toscrool on instagram, i hear richelle stir a bit while she sleep, i watch her breathe deeply inwards and exhale again before going back to my phone. i feel richelle's presence slowly begin to creep closer, i look over to see her next to me, i can feel arm warm breath hit my arm. i smile again boefore turning my focus back to my phone.

someone knocks on the door seriously its 5 am who else is up? "come in"i say softly still half asleep, aria pokes her head in the door "hey sorry if i woke you"aria says "what's up?davis okay?"i ask "yeah she's fine i just came to grab my blood sensors for my diabetes and my track meet stuff i just wanted to check on richelle  actually i had no clue you'd be here"aria says walking around her room "me and richelle aren't dating"i say softy "i know and i wouldn't have a problem if you were but i swear to god if you hurt her in any way possible you will have me to answer too"aria says and richelle sits up "stop threatening her ari"richelle says smiling "have too I've done it with past boyfriends of yours"aria says softly "your diary is right here if that's what your looking for?"richelle asks pulling it out of a locked drawer "thank you!"aria say taking it out of Richelle's hand, aria walks over to Richelle's desk, grabs a pen and writes a few sentences, "thanks"aria says passing it back to her, "always welcome"richelle says locking the drawer, and putting the key behind her bed since she has a pocket in the back to normally hold her phone while it charges. "That was quick what did you write?"richelle asks "uh you know I can't tell you"aria says leaving "she trusts you?"i ask "yeah her mum once found it and she read it all so she keeps it in here since her mum never goes through my room"richelle explains softly. We drive with aria,noah, james to get davis. Davis jumps in the car, she kisses my head as she gets in and hugs aria before sitting down next to aria, davis whispers something to aria before aria lays her head down on her shoulder. We get to the school and we see the rest of the team waiting for aria

Arias pov
We get to the school and i zip up my track team jacket, before putting the hood up. See I will ignore everyone that isn't apart of my team or anything to do the the meet! I get out of the car and i hug my team mates, "coach what we dealing with?"i ask "it's a big meet you sure your up for this?"my coach asks "that's a stupid question to ask of course I am now what lane am I in?"i ask "lane 8 mackayla will be lane 7"coach says "nope mackayla is not running in kacies lane"i say as we walk into the school "switch me with mackayla or your best runner isn't running"i say "aria"mackayla says as she walks past me. "I'll see what I can do"coach says, we get to the track and everyone that is watching is already there, i walk out into the grass in the centre of the track and i throw my bag down and i start stretching, u too I hear my kneecap crack, everyone looks at me and maddie runs over and helps me get to the floor, noah,richelle and davis all sprint over along with my coach and the medical team, "how's it feeling?"one of the medics ask "it's fine that's why I'm confused?"i say softly "aria don't lie"my coach says "I'm not lying I promise you know that last time I was screaming in pain!"i say softly "it seems to be that you had a missed placed bone in your knee from when you broke it and that cracking sound was it moving back into place!"the medic says, i stand up and run of the spot "told you"i say looking at coach, "weak"mackayla mutters to her friend "sorry what was that?"i ask crossing my arms "I said your weak!"mackayla says looking at me "weak if I'm so weak the Watch this bearing in mind I haven't danced properly for about 3 months!"i say and noah,richelle and davis look worried, i walk on to the the track and start doing tight back to back backhand springs, followed by a few Ariel's and and couple pirouettes "oh and if I'm so weak what does that make you since you tripped me up and broke my knee cap in two places and then tripped kacie up!"i say angrily "kacie deserved it i just wish she killed herself sooner!"mackayla says and i jump forward but I'm stopped by noah and richelle "you don't talk about her like that!"i say as Noah and richelle put me back down. "Oh yeah what are you going to do about it you can't hit me here because you'll won't be aloud to run this track meet"mackayla says "she won't do anything but I will"davis says, i look at davis "please what's little miss pretty going to do?"mackayla says laughing to her friends, davis grabs mackayla by her shirt, "now I'm not going to hurt you here because your ari's biggest competitor and I want her to beat you but you wait!"davis says letting go of mackayla. Richelle's pov
Scared? She's never been scared to run. I'm breaking the number one rule when it comes to arias diary

I open the diary and find the entry date from today

Terrified! I'm terrified! But of what? Yeah that's the biggest problem I can't pinpoint what I'm afraid of!!

Arias pov
Richelle walks back over to me, "think! Why are you terrified?"richelle says but I didn't say terrified a minute but I did in my diary!! Oh that bitch!! "Noah do it!"richelle says do what?? Noah walks up to the announcers box, noah says something and they nod, a coach calls all runners over, i stay on the bleachers! When suddenly run boy run begins to play over all the speakers, i stand up and walk over to the foot plates, the pistol shoots and i run in my element just listening to the song as I run!! I feel myself become faint half way through but I manage to pull through, I get to the finish line. As soon as I'm pass it I fall to the floor "sugar now!"i say as mackayla looks at me, my coach and medical team runs over "I need sugar my blood sugar is low I have type one diabetes"i say looking at the med team, the grab a bottle of water and put a few sugar packets into the water and shake it before passing it to me, i chug it and i eventually stand up and walk over to the bleachers where the next step is sat. I sit down next to davis "aria you should of checked your blood sugar before running and stopped running when you became faint"my coach says "I had no idea that it was low before I ran and I wasn't about to stop!"i say which is true! "I have a choice to make either pull you from the meet or make you eat sweets all day!"coach says "I have a bunch of sweets in my bag incase this happened"i say grabbing my bag and coach smiles at me "what if your blood sugar gets to high?"davis asks "when I run my blood sugar will drop right back down" I explain and davis smiles softly. "Hey aria kacies parents are here!"maddie says, i walk over to them and i hug them
