Song- Look what you made me do by Taylor swift.
Laurel drives us to the country club in her car, Belly sat in the front while I was in the back. "Thanks, Laurel," I say getting out of the car. "Belly, Peach you too. I just want ya'll to know that if you decide you hate it or the girls at the club are mean or even if the food is bad, text me. I promise I won't say I told you so." Laurel speaks rapidly.
"Mom, I'm here with Peach. The girls are mean, Peach will punch them in the throat. If the food is bad, she'll start a food fight. Don't worry, I'll be fine." Belly laughs. "Yeah what she said. Don't worry about us, Laurel. Enjoy an afternoon without us." I rush to hug her through the car window.
"Do you think my mom would worry so much about me?" I say taking Belly's hand and walking towards the country club."Of course, she would. This is so not us." Belly giggles excitedly. "That's Jere bear, right?" Belly points at a shirtless guy. "Yeah, oh my god. hide me. I look ugly." I shove her in front of me. "I'm gonna run. " I say flailing towards the country club.
***Jeremiah's pov***
I was walking toward the pool when I heard my name being called out. I looked around then at the only person in my surrounding. "Jeremiah." She laughed. "Oh my god. Um belly, I didn't even recognise you." I laugh looking her up. I look around to find the other one. "Where's Peach?" I ask. Belly's hand raises and she points at a girl stupidly running away from us. "That's Peach." She laughs. I join in the laugh.
Georgia always had a fun run, she would flail her hands around while she ran, she had a free way of running we could say. "Let me walk you over." I offer. Belly looks at me awkwardly. "What's?" I ask. "Nothing." She laughs. "Uh, let's go," I say, looking awkwardly at the towels. "Why did Peach run?" I question Belly. "She didn't want you to see her like that." Belly answers. "why?" I laugh looking at her. "I don't know, you've never seen her like this I guess, she wants to keep it that way. What if you stop liking her if you see her like this." Belly says raising her eyebrow.
"I- I would never stop liking Georgia." I smile. We reach the stairs and I see her standing there. She was fidgeting on her phone. The fascinator symmetrically falls over one eye. She smiled at something on the phone and oh- that smile could light up this whole town.
"Peach!!" Belly shouted out loud to get her attention. She smiled looking up but soon had a terrified look on her face when she saw me standing next to Belly. She turned to run up the stairs but I beat her to it. "Where do you think you are going?" I block her way. She turns to run the other way. "Stop running." I pull her towards me. "You look amazing, I'm not going to make fun of you, you know," I say holding her close. "No." She hides her face behind her hands. "I'm telling her the same." Belly joins us.
"Peach." I pull her hands away and she cringes. "You look hot. I swear." I blush, complimenting her a little. "Oh let's go." I take her hand and drag her upstairs. Belly follows us up.

"They have strawberry, raspberry-type cookies, they are to die for," Jeremiah informs us, happily pulling me to the front. "I'd never thought I'd see the day you two wore fascinators." He laughs, making me laugh. Belly joins in too. We walk into the open room and that's how death must feel. all eyes are on you. I stop and stare as each and every eye looked our way. Whispering noises filled the room.
