Fights, Nights and Watching Movies.

Lexi's P.O.V.

"Okay, that's sorry if the twins wake you up." I smiled as the boys told us they were going to settle in the guest room for the night. I didn't mind it was like 11 and we couldn't make them go. I just have to avoid Niall and I'll be fine.

"Me and Jess are gonna go sleep now to, night Lexi." I nodded a goodnight to them as they headed to their rooms. I flicked the T.V. on quietly as a re-run of F.R.I.EN.D.S lit up the screen I was the only one left up now.

I hadn't spoken to Niall at all other then letting him know he wasn't allowed in to see the twins. There was no way I was going to get sleep tonight, I might as well just crash on the sofa and watch T.V. until the twins need me.

About half way through my second episode of friends I heard someone come down stairs. I turned and saw him but quickly turned my attention back to the screen. He came and sat next to me on the sofa.

"Why don't you go to bed?" he asked casually.

"Not tiered." I replied coldy with out looking at him. He sighed deeply realizing I wasn't up for talking to him, but for some reason he persisted.

"Why can't I see the kid?" he still doesn't even know their twins. I shrugged.

"Can you just tell me about her or him then. please? Who's the farther? When was it born?" he quizzed. I looked at him angry.

"Why do you care?" I snarled quietly. He sighed and shrugged. I looked at him before sighing, he wasn't going to give up.

"They're twins. Two baby boys named Andrew but I call him Andy and another called James. They were born on November 10th." I told him emotionless.

"Can I see them?" he asked. I shook my head.

"Please?" his voice cracked. Tears stung my eyes, he sounded so hurt. I stayed silent playing with my locket unsure of what to do or say. I decided against it though and shook my head again watching the T.V. screen but not paying attention to what was happening on it.

"Lexi, please?"

"Why, Niall, why do you want to see them? Why do you care so much?" I asked close to loosing my temper.

"Because I care about you, I want to help you with your's and who's ever kids they are. Why won't you let me?" he cried.

"If you care you sure have a funny way of showing it!" I yelled now forgetting to keep my voice down. He stayed silent.

"You cheated on me TWICE I actually thought you did care but I clearly got that wrong!" I yelled again with pain in my voice. Tears slipped down my cheeks now. He looked taken aback as tears fell from his eyes too.

"I only kissed the girls Lex and I was drunk! You went and got your self knocked up!" he yelled back at me. I felt a pain stab at my heart, he actually thinks the kids aren't his? He actually thinks I cheated on him.

"Niall the kids are-" I began in a whisper.

"Lexi, Andy's crying." Zayn spoke from the top of the spiral stairs. I spun on my heel to get away from Niall, climbing the stairs quickly and following Zayn to my room to comfort the crying baby.

I picked him up and gently rocked him while Zayn sung quietly. Slowly Andy began to fall asleep again. I layed him back down after an hour of sending him to sleep. I turned to Zayn.

"Thank you." I smiled. He hugged me tightly as I cried softly.

"C'mon, you need a hot chocolate and a movie." He smiled as I laughed lightly. He took my hand and guided me downstairs.

Niall had gone or he wasn't in the lounge at least. Zayn went to the kitchen as I picked out a movie to watch. Me and Niall yelling had woken pretty much everyone but they had all stayed up stairs in their rooms.

I looked through the DVD's wondering what to watch when I heard mumbling from the kitchen. Now I know it's completely wrong to listen in on others conversations but it's like an involuntary thing for me to do, a bad habit almost.

"Zayn I don't know what to do or say. Whatever I do it's wrong. I want to see the kids." Niall paused, he was in the kitchen.

"Zayn who's the dad?" he asked. I heard Zayn sigh.

"Look, if Lexi wants to tell you who he is she will, it's not my place to say." he replied quietly, I heard him shuffle and turn the microwave on.

"So you know who he is?" Niall asked, Zayn must've nodded as I didn't hear a reply.

"Zayn, please? Have you ever been so in love it hurts not to be with that person? So in love that it kills to see them in pain or hurt? I would die for her, she just doesn't see that." Niall begged for Zayn to tell him.

Zayn's P.O.V.

I knew what it was like to be in love. I sighed. I couldn't tell him, she trust's me I don't want to break that trust.

"Niall, I know what it's like to be in love so much it hurts. Trust me I do. I know what it's like to be that in love with someone you can't have but I'm not going to tell you who the dad is." I replied carefully. Niall nodded.

"I'm going for a walk." he sighed walking out of the kitchen, I grabbed the two mugs and followed him.

"See ya Niall." I said. He waved a little before leaving.

"Where's he going?" Lexi asked, I could tell she still loved him, I know I don't really have a chance at all. I shrugged sitting down with her as she leaned ito me.

"Just for a walk." I told her.

"What should I do Zayn?" she asked sincerely. I thought for a moment watching the movie she had picked begin to play.

"Talk to him, sort things out, let him see the twins. Mostly do what you think is right." I paused, I love her but I just plainly want her to be happy "Do you think hurting Niall is the right thing?" I said in all honesty.

She sat and thought for a moment "Can you get everyone out of the apartment for the day tomorrow, I'll let him meet the twins then and talk to him too." she explained.

"Course I will." I smiled as she relaxed and began watching the movie sipping her hot chocolate. I kissed her gently on the head and I heard her giggle lightly at my action.

"I love you." she smiled, I knew she meant it just as a friend.

"Love you to babe." I replied meaning it with my whole heart.
