1 month later

I was off of bed rest at the moment and went to my therapy appointment.

"He walked in and saw Greyson on top of me. I was just laying there. I couldn't do anything. He stayed there at the door watching the whole thing. I wanted to cry. He wanted to cry but he was so angry. Greyson didn't even know that Derek was there but I could feel Derek staring into my soul. He wouldn't break eye contact with me. What does this mean" I asked

"It means that you like adventure. Dreams are something people know a lot about but everyday there's something new. It seems like you want a rush of adventure" my therapist said

"I'm not going to have an affair" I said

"I didn't say that unless you do want to but since you don't just- flirt a little bit" she said

"Friendly flirt. I do that and I've been happily married for 20 years. I would never cheat on my husband" she said

3 hours later

I came home from work and Derek was in the kitchen. He just recovered from another surgery that he had on his arm.

"You look weird" he said

"Wow" he said

"Somethings off and I can't put my finger on it" he said studying my body and face.

"Nothings off" I said

"Did you get your hair highlighted" he asked

"Yesterday" I said

"I didn't even notice until the sun was shining on you when you walked in" he said

"It's hot" he added

"Thanks" I smiled

"Do you want to go on a date tonight. We haven't had one in a while" he said

"I would like that. Yeah. And maybe you'll get lucky tonight" I smiled

"Really?" He smiled

"Mmhm. Maybe" I said

"There's a good chance then" he said

"Ehhh not really" I smiled

He walked over to me and kissed my lips. Someone was calling his phone. He grabbed it and answered as he backed away from me.

"Hello" he said annoyed while he looked at me.

"That's great news" he said excitedly

"Yeah I got it. Thank you. Okay bye" he said hanging up his phone and putting it back into his pocket

"My arm is almost healed fully. It's a 90% now that it'll be back to normal" he smiled

"Oh Derek that's amazing" I said walking over to him

I hugged him and he held me tight against his chest.

"We are definitely celebrating tonight with a party" I said

"Yeah let's go out to with everyone" he said

I nodded and backed away. I texted the group chat and everyone was down. Cristina, Callie, Arizona, Alex, Lexie, and Mark. We were going to leave in 2 hours. By the way no one knows I'm pregnant still. I'm not showing that much at almost 6 months surprisingly with twins. They are going to be really tiny. I should've told people because the babies are doing good right now but I haven't. I haven't even told Cristina

"Hey" I said

He looked up from his phone and looked at me.

"Do you think Cristina knows" I asked
