"Holy fuck, this man is so fine."
Maria observed Sara take over and start looking through the other images in the file. He appeared to work in some sort of community facility. She saw photos of him with a group of teenagers and then one with a Huskey, but it was the final image that really stopped her in her tracks. In a tuxedo, he was standing by himself on the shoreline. It appeared to be specifically tailored for his figure and had all the proper fitting areas for him. Even though he was wearing sunglasses, you could tell he was genuinely thrilled by the huge smile on his face.
"It says his name is Daniel Richardson, and he manages the Diamond Silver Youth Center, he's the same age as you and a San Diago native. This man is hot, and he works with kids, I mean, if this isn't the beginning of a Hallmark movie, then what is?"
"What do I do?"
"I think you should click this box, allowing you to reach out to him or you can schedule the coffee date with the bot and they will contact him for you."
"Let's do that. I don't want to talk to some random guy. This whole situation is crazy."
Maria awoke the following morning with a wine hangover that would have killed a weaker person. She slowly made her way out of bed and into the kitchen where she made some coffee, drank a gallon of water, and looked for her phone. It was simple for her to navigate her little flat in the dark because of its postage stamp size. She felt queasy at the prospect of turning on a light, so she didn't. She poured the coffee and then reached into the couch's cushions to find her phone.
She cursed at the screen's glaring light, but when she dimmed it, she noticed she had two notifications from Just Coffee. Everything started to suddenly make sense to her. She went ahead and asked for a call because of the dating site, the hot ass dude, and Sara's horrible influence. If she was going to be expected on a video chat today, she would have to make herself something presentable. But technology had its advantages, and she could probably pull it off if she looked decent from the waist up.
Since it was conducted online, no one would be able to smell the wine leaking from her pores. She was having a difficult time even though it was just nine in the morning on a Saturday.
