"Do you see..."

My attention was pulled away from the ascending land when Ultron's voice echoed throughout the city.

"The beauty of it? The inevitability? You rise, only to fall."

More buildings on the edge of the floating island collapsed with the lack of support, causing the civilians below to run.

I felt bad, being unable to get them out of there. I could bubble them but moving them would mean accidentally launching them away.

"You, Avengers. You are my meteor. My swift and terrible sword. And the earth will crack with the weight of your failure."

I spotted my dad hovering a bit beyond the island. It was hard to tell what he was thinking at that moment, and I could only hope he was thinking of a way to stop this.

"Purge me from your computers, turn my own flesh against me..."

An arrow from Clint came hitting Ultron dead centre in the face, knocking him down, only for another to come up behind it.

"... It means nothing. When the dust settles, the only thing living in this world... Will be metal."

"Hey, Dad?" I spoke into my earpiece.

"Oh, thank God. Are you okay? What happened?"

"Yeah, I'm okay... I-... I need a new suit, though." I said simply.

"What?"

"Well, I just found out that I could- I actually don't know what happened. It was sudden and my arm just-"

"You can explain later. I got a situation."

My dad flew overhead and straight into a building.

Then came another voice.

"The rest of us have one job, tear these things apart." Steve spoke.

"Oh shiiiiiit." I didn't realize he was there the entire time I was bantering with my dad.

"You get hurt, hurt 'em back... You get killed, walk it off."

"Great pep talk, Cap," I mumbled.

"Great Batman impression, kid."

"Thanks. I'm working on it," I sassed.

Another round of mini Ultrons arrived at the island, allowing me to further experiment on my new abilities that seem to constantly come out of nowhere.

I readied myself to run at one when a body harshly collided with my own.

"Sorry!" A hand landed on my upper arm, and I was met with greenish eyes belonging to boy Maximoff.

"Hey! Hi!" I greeted.

"Move," he simply said.

I stepped aside and watched as he zoomed past me and into a bot that was seemingly charging at me from behind.

He zoomed back and pointed a finger at me.

"Oh, it's you. You're Tony Stark's kid, yeah?" He asked, taking a proper look at me.

"Yeah, Y/N. You're the fast guy," I pointed out.

"Yes, Pietro. You make... Bubbles?" He leant forward with a small shake of his head.

I sucked in a sharp breath. "Yeah. Nice to meet you," I held my hand out.

"This is your first time, I presume." He hesitantly shook it before going to zoom away.
