Luyolo:good morning babe.
Xiluva:it's still early. I want to sleep some more.
Luyolo:i made breakfast.
Xiluva:let it wait.
Luyolo:wake up please.

She fot off and went to the bathroom to freshen up.

Xiluva:Luyolo. Babe! What's this!?
Luyolo:what is it?
Xiluva:this thing on my finger.
Luyolo:uhm what are you talking about?

She finished then came back and flashedher hand at him.

Luyolo:oh that. It's your engagement ring babe.
Xiluva:i didn't see you propose Mr.
Luyolo:I'm doing it now then. My flower will you marry me? Be uMrs Khoza wami?
Xiluva:mmh yes.
Luyolo:ngempela sthandwa sami?
Xiluva:yebo.

He got on the bed and attacked her with a hug.

Luyolo:I can't wait to start my life with you
Xiluva:was this also a part of last night?
Luyolo:yes but i chickened out. I was scared you would say no.
Xiluva:i didn't take you for someone who is scared. Oh my phone is ringing.
Luyolo:answer it.
Xiluva :hi i know i didn't sleep at home but i can explain everything now.
Austin:leave that for now and come home. There are police here for you.
Xiluva:police? What did i do?
Austin:just come home.

Xiluva:he says the police are waiting for me!
Luyolo:why?

Clara walked inside the hospital and went to her friend's ward. She got to her room and found her just lying down.

Clara:how are you today?
Eve:i almost died!

She burst out crying.

Eve:I've already done what i had to. I've pressed charges. She's going to jail for a ling time.
Clara:you're an evil person. You're actually a witch.
Eve:if you're going to judge me you might as well leave. I don't want negative people around me.
Clara:you're the negative one here. I'm glad that you haven't rubbed off on me. But know this. This will catch up with you. You did this for a man who can leave you anytime? If this is love then i don't want it.
Eve:you only came here to judge me. As if you're a saint. Leave.
Clara:i shouldn't have brought you here. Have a good life. I just hope you change before it's too late.

She got out and Eve breath out. A nurse came in and she asked to use her phone. She called Desmond who answered after a few rings.

Des:Desmond Molapo speaking.
Eve:hey babe. It's me. I'm in hospital. Xiluva poisoned me.
Des:poisoned you? Are you sure it's not food poisoning? She wouldn't do that.
Eve:you don't know her. You don't know what she's capable of!
Des:calm down.
Eve:i almost died and that's all you're going to say? I don't even know why i bothered calling. Bye!
Des:wait. How are you feeling now?
Eve:I'm scared and hurt. It happened yesterday when me and her went for drinks. Clara brought me to the hospital. The doctor said i will be fine. I've called the police.
Des:do you know that she could go to jail!? Why didn't you call me first!?
Eve:Desmond you're only worried about her isn't it? What about me? If i died who would our son be left with?
Des:i know you're....you know what? I'll call you tomorrow. I'm coming back. I will come and see you.
Eve:i love you.
Des:me too.

She screamed when he cut the call. She gave the nurse her phone and slept on her back. Was this really what she had turned into? Because of a man? Someone who could leave her at any moment. Police:whether you wait for a lawyer or not it won't change that you're going to jail. You committed a serious offence here.

"Officer you can't force my client to talk. What are you charging her with?"

Police:your client poisoned someone with the intention to kill. This time you won't win case Khoza. We have evidence against her. Messages between the two of them and her threateningher. What do you say about that? It will help her to plead guilty.
Xiluva:i will never plead guilty on something i did not do.
L.mom:i would like to talk to my client alone.

The policeman left them.

Luyolo:babe what happened when you were with her?
Xiluva:she ordered apple juice for us and started talking. She was talking about me staying away from Desmond and how I'm punishing her for her mother's sins. I think she poisoned herself. I wouldn't put it past her. That's the only explanation.
L.mom:did you notice something off?
Xiluva:no. She just kept asking why i didn't drink the juice. Then i left.
L.mom:looks like the poisoned drink was for you. Then after seeing that you didn't drink it she drank it as a way of getting you arrested.
Luyolo:babe you have to be honest. If you did it...
Xiluva:you think I'm that heartless? I wouldn't try to kill her!
Luyolo:you were so determined on avenging yourself.
L.mom:Luyolo if you're going to be against her how do you think she's going to feel? You're supposed to be supporting her. Stop interrogating her.
Luyolo:I'm sorry. I just want to know.
Xiluva:i didn't do this. I swear on my life.
