After that woman left and took her things with i told my grandmother she could move in any day she wants and nothing will happen to her. I showed that woman all the slips and title deeds that this house doesn't belong to her late father. In the evening we drove back to Pta. I missed my baby. I just wanted to spend time with her this weekend with no one disturbing us. I will sort my life during the week. Right now i just want to watch tv with my baby girl. Speaking of her she's been making noise in the living room with her dad about which movie to watch. I finish dressing up and go and join them.
Mbali:mommy popcorn.
Me:mmh. This feels like a dream. A dream come true. Having her call me mommy. I never thought i would hear that. Luyolo disappears out of the living room after there was a knock. Mbali finally decided on which movie to watch. Her father comes back arguing with some woman and child. I looked at her once to know that she's angry.
Woman:Luu it's Friday. You always have him from Friday to Sunday!
Luyolo:didn't i say i will call you? And since when do you bring him over?
Woman:the nanny is off today and I can't look after him! I'm going somewhere.
Luyolo:leave!Mbali:Kyle come and watch a movie.
I concentrated on the movie and they argued until she left.
Luyolo:babe...This is Kyle.
Me:i know. I heard Mbali call him.
Luyolo:Mbali take Kyle to your room. She took his hand and left.
Luyolo:he's mine.
Me:i saw that.
Luyolo:you don't have a problem with him?
Me:no.
Luyolo:you can't just give me one word answers. Let's talk like adults.
Me:how old is he?
Luyolo:three. After i heard about your sentence being extended i got angry and she was there.
Me:or maybe she has always been there.
Luyolo:no. I just met her that one night and three months later she rocked up here pregnant.
Me:you slept with her here?
Luyolo:no. She came here after she got my address at my workplace. I'm sorry i cheated and had a baby. But there's nothing i can do. He's here. I can't toss him to the other side because you're back. Tell me now if you have a problem with him while it's still early.
Me:i didn't say i have a problem with him. I'm just hurt. I'm hurt that you cheated. You shouldn't have lied to me and said you will wait. If we had ended this relationship maybe it wouldn't hurt like it does now. I won't lie to you. It hurts. I'm hurt. But there's nothing i can do. He's here. Excuse. I'm going to take a nap.
Luyolo:we are still talking. I'm sorry i cheated. It was just a spur of the moment thing.
Me:if i didn't come out you would have moved on and continued making me a fool right? That's the reason why i said you can move on. I knew this was going to happen. I knew i was the one who was going to be hurt. Why did you refuse when I said we should break up if you knew you were not going to be able to hold yourself? I understand you needed someone and i don't hold that against you. I just don't understand. Really.
Luyolo:I'm sorry. I know I wronged you. I couldn't fulfill the promise i made to you. But I'm only human. I'm bound to make mistakes.
Me:then you expect me to still want to get married to you? What if then in future the same thing happen?
Luyolo:Flower nothing like that is going to happen. I'm giving you my word.
Me:sometimes that's just not enough. We'll see what happens. Really. I don't want to lie to myself.
Luyolo:can you please try and get along with him?
Me:it's not like i hate your baby. I'm not that heartless.....
I woke up alone in bed. I took a shower then went downstairs. I found the kids having breakfast.Me:good morning.
Mbal:mommy you're still here! Morning.
Me:how are you?
Mbali:good. You have to bath me after I'm done here. Gogo does it.
Me:okay. Hello Kyle.
Kyle:hello.
Me:how are you?
Kyle:good and you?
Me:I'm good. Finish eating so i can bath you.
Mbali:daddy's phone is ringing.
Me:oh give it here.
