Eve:who talked?
Prisoner:i don't know. I did not say anything.
Eve:i told you what would happen if you breathe a word out.
Prisoner:and you don't want to find out what will happen if you don't pay the money to my child. Pay it tonight or i sing. You'll find us ready here. Don't worry. I will make sure you come to my cell.
Eve:i will pay your money!
Prisoner:good. You better.

She clicked her tongue and left. She drove off calling Portia.

Eve:so what do you think about what i told you?
Portia:I'm not going to do that. Why are you so evil?
Eve:this is life. Don't you want that big house?
Portia:i don't want it! I will buy my own house. I work.
Eve:okay. If you change your mind call me.
Portia:i will not change my mind. Eve I'm telling you right now. Stop whatever you are going to do. If you don't stop i will have you arrested. You're going too far. Touch one hair on Xiluva's head and you will know me.
Eve:you don't scare me.
Portia:and you also don't scare me.
Eve:sleep with one eye open.

After she dropped the call Portia sent a message to Xiluva. Eve continued driving and she parked her car at a restaurant and went in.  She saw Luyolo sitting by the corner. She went to the barman and asked what he wants.
Barman:he asked for the owner and was also asking about Rennie. I told him he doesn't work here anymore.

She nodded and went to Luyolo.

Eve:brother in law. What brings you here?
Luyolo:brother in law? You must be lost. I'm here to meet the owner.
Eve:why?
Luyolo:I'm booking this whole restaurant for my fiancé. So i have to make sure things go well. People here are known for poisoning others.
Eve:mmh.
Luyolo:oh Mr Molapo.
Des:i hope i didn't keep you waiting.
Luyolo:not at all. Can you excuse us please Evidence?
Des:you know my wife? Babe please excuse us.

She excused them.

Luyolo:she's my sister in law. My fiance's sister. I'm here about the poisoning that took place seven years ago. Where is the waiter that was on duty that day? I described him to the barman and he said his name is Rennie.
Des:oh you're Xiluva's fiancé. If you'll excuse me. I have work to do.
Luyolo:i will be back. I will find out what's happening here. I won't rest until the culprit is caught.

After that he drove back to his place. He smiled at the aroma that filled the house. He hugged her from behind kissing her neck.

Xiluva:how did it go?
Luyolo:not bad. Not bad at all. The barman told me the waiter's name. When i asked for the owner it turned out to be Desmond Molapo. He told me to leave when he realized who i was. But don't worry. I will look for that waiter and find him. They may have deleted the footage but he knows something. Why did he resign shortly after the incident?
Xiluva:you're right
Luyolo:have you called her?
Xiluva:i don't think i want to do that. Babe i have an uncle and a grandmother. Why don't you pay to them?
Luyolo:i tried but baba asked for your real father.
Xiluva:I'm sure you can talk to your dad.
Luyolo:it's not him. It's bab'omdala. He says we have to do things properly.
Xiluva:that man is scary.
Luyolo:and he's going to be your father-in-law so better get used to it.
Xiluva:but is it a must though?
Luyolo:yes.
Xiluva:okay. But whatever happens, my lobola goes to my grandmother and uncle. They helped my mother raise me. I'm sure that is what she would have wanted.
Luyolo:uyawthanda umndeni wakini neh?
Xiluva:they are everything to me. Guess who sent me a message?
Luyolo:your secret admirer?
Xiluva:lol i think you dealt with that one for good. He hasn't sent anything.

She received flowers and chocolates and a text then Luyolo ate them and she took a video. He sent that video back to the number thanking the secret admirer.
