POV {Midnight/Twelve}

"Wake her up."

"Me? No you wake her up."

"Just wake her up!" Someone snapped.

I groggily groaned and shifted to the other side of my bed. All this noise was giving me a headache, and that didn't help with the searing pain coming from my ankle. Accidentally I bumped my ankles together when I moved. Which caused me to hiss in pain.

I bolted up right and rubbed my ankle to sooth it of the pain. Still rubbing my ankle I sensed three other people, and when I looked towards the door I saw my brothers Xavier, Aiden, and Ethan.

When they noticed I spotted them they froze in place. Like damn statues. Xavier was holding a glass of water with some aspirins in his hands. It went on for a while. Me staring at them and them staring at me.

"Uh....here. Water." Xavier said while setting the cup down on my nightstand along with the bottle of aspirins. Which I gratefully took and downed the whole cup while popping some of the pills into my mouth.

I sighed in content as I fell back into my pillow. Looking over at my brothers I ask.

"What time is it?"

"Oh well you see, since I put a lot of stuff in those brownies, other than pot, uh. You kinda passed out for an entire day and night." He slowly said. " I also got in trouble for making them. Gio was losing his mind when he came to wake you up for dinner and you wouldn't respond. But I explained that the pot brownies were more then, you know, pot brownies." He explained.

All of this talking was making me hungry but I had to go pee first. Pushing my blanket away I hopped off my bed forgetting about my ankle. Which resulted into me clutching over onto the side of my bed for support.

Peeking through a curtain of my hair I scan over each of their faces. Xavier and Aiden were talking to each other in hushed voices near the door, and Ethan seemed to be too interested with something on his phone.

For the second time I stand up and try my hardest not to limp over to the bathroom. I failed miserably and had to bite my tongue to keep myself from making any noises.

After I washed my hands I decided to take a look at my ankle. I mean it can't be that bad. Right?

Wrong. It looked like one of those disfigured bugs in Si-Fi movies. But I always come prepared thankfully. Taking out a packaged bandage I carefully open it and start wrapping my ankle.

Throwing away the trash I stand up and adjust to the new attachment .

I grab everything and put it back under the sink.

"If you guys are still in my room you better leave before I walk out of here naked." I yelled

Not even a second later I heard three pairs of feet pounding out of my room at top speed. They really thought. Ha.

My brothers are really gullible.

I searched through my old clothes to find something that would at least fit me. A big t-shirt was all that I could find.

It's not like I'm going anywhere anyways.

Slipping on the shirt I grab my phone and shove it into my bag. Tip-toeing out of my room I walk towards the kitchen to get something to eat.

Peering in, I see my family siting at the table eating breakfast. Seeing this I thought I would feel sad. But now thinking about it, it doesn't affect me.

Marching into the kitchen, I ignore the glare sent my way by my father, and gather some fruit. Shoveling it from the fridge, onto the counter I started the hunt for a blender. I wasn't going to feed there egos by sitting with them for a meal. I'm going to have a smoothie and get out of here as quick as I can.

Bottom cabinet to the left side of the fridge, is where the blender sat comfortably in between a couple cutting boards. I grip the handles and haul it onto the counter beside the fruits.

Plugging in the blender I chop all the fruits I got and gathered them into the big cup. A loud whirling sound emitted from the blender as it squashed the fruit.

Pouring it out into a glass mason jar, I washed everything and put it back in its exact places. I picked up the cup and made my exit.

I almost made it out. But my fathers raspy voice sounded from the dining room, calling me.

"Midnight! Get in here this instant."

Carefully walking backwards, I appear in front of a jury, but instead of it being jurors it's my siblings and step-mom judging me as I set foot into the room. As if I'm disgracing everyone with my presence.

"Your attire isn't appropriate for walking around this household." Said father.

"To bad since this is all I have." I snarkily replied.

"Well then, I think a shopping trip is in order then." He announced.

Groans came from my brothers but my step-mom and step-sis both squealed with delight.

"I already have clothes theres no need to go shopping." I said, quickly shutting down their excitement.

"I'm sure whatever clothes you have need to be replaced anyways." Squeaked Rachel.

"If you want to go shopping then go right ahead. But I'm not going to sit in a car with you two trying to sing a Taylor swift song. I want to keep my hearing thank you very much."

"Listen here you little bit-,"

"ENOUGH!" Father said, cutting Rachel off. "You will go and that's final! Unless you want one of your brothers to go with you to go get said clothes?"

If I say yes to that offer he would know where my group is. If not I'll be forced to go shopping with the screechers over there. Why do they have to be so difficult. Just because he's my "father" doesn't mean he can tell me what I can and can not do.

"Fine. Silas will accompany me then." I told him.

Since he is the only one I trust, to let me go somewhere without his supervision, and not follow me.

"Good." He said happily as if he just won an argument.

Turning around I walked towards the exit only to be stopped again.

"Also."

What does he want now.

"No more skipping Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinners. We pride ourselves on eating together. Since you are now living under my roof, you will be apart of this Family Pride." He said.

Without answering I gripped my smoothie cup and went back to my room. Now it's time to get ready to go home.

Back to my real.

Family.
