A Song Only You Can Hear: kimchay + Vegaspete

Chay had gone straight up to his room after his conversation with Porsche. The thing was that he was bored. Unlike tankhun Chay wasn't easily entertained with dramas etc. So he walked out of his room and back down the hallway where Porsche and Vegas were walking out.

Chay had met both Pete and Venice. The baby was an adorable little thing with lots of hair and she had the cutest little dimples. One thing Chay always thought was funny was that the baby looked quite a bit like a mix of Vegas and Pete. As if they had truly made that baby themselves.

Vegas interrupts Chay's train of thought "Are you bored?, Macau would get so bored sometimes when he wasn't allowed to go out"

"Extremely" replies Chay smiling. He had never met Macau and had only caught a glimpse of him once or twice at school. "P'vegas if you and p'pete ever need someone to watch Venice I'd be more than happy too" Says Chay right after.

"You're that bored" Says vegas with an amused look on his face. Chay waves his arms a little laughing lightly "That's not it Venice was so cute the last time I saw her I'd really like it if I could babysit sometime" Says Chay.

"You know what" Says Vegas, putting a hand on Chay's shoulder, smiling. "I might take you up on that" and Chay smiles " Please do" he replies.

Chay looked up at the ceiling in his bedroom. He was out of his mind bored. Kinn had come over after Vegas left and had joined them for dinner. Chay had decided to let Kinn and Porsche have some time to themselves so had excused himself after dinner and went up to his bedroom. Kinn was great not only to Porsche but to Chay as well; he always found something funny or interesting to speak about so Chay wouldn't feel left out. They had spoken before and kinn had always made Chay feel welcome not only in his home when they had lived there but to speak to him about anything.

So Chay decided he needed a favor. Chay waited by a window near the front of the house and watched as Porsche walked Kinn out. They were laughing , holding hands, and kinn gave Porsche a peck on the lips. Porsche walked back in and Chay ran out.

Chay reached his hand out to kinn to stop him before he opened his car door. "Chay , is everything okay?" Asks kinn with a smile on his face. " p'kinn I know this might be alot for me to ask from you but do you think you can help me get some paint?" Asks Chay. "Hia, gave me permission to repaint my bedroom wall but hasn't had the time to get me more paint, I overheard you say you had the rest of the day off today, and I'd only really need you to drop me off I can come back on my own" says Chay starting to ramble. Kinn holds up a hand smiling " of course Chay but I have to make sure your brother knows alright?" So Chay watches as Kinn calls up Porsche, and explains he'll be taking Chay to pick out some paints and paintbrushes.

Of course, don't worry Porsche I'll have him back safe and sound" Says kinn. They say goodbye and Kinn looks up at Chay with a huge smile on his face "Alright let's get going then" He says.

The drive to the nearest shop is 10 minutes. Chay smiles as kinn hops off of the car to join him. "So what do you plan to paint?" Asks kinn. "I have a few sketches,'' Chay replies, pulling out a small sketchbook from his bag. "I was thinking I could draw something that has to do with music" Says Chay looking up at kinn. "See, even though I haven't played much, music will always be something that I love so I thought I could put something together, I don't have the best idea just yet but I'm sure I'll come up with something" Says Chay. Kinn nods his head along and they Walk down the paint aisle of the store. As Chay reaches down to grab a tube of black paint, the phone starts ringing. Kinn looks down at Chay and points to his phone " I'll be right back" Kinn whispers and Chay nods.

As soon as kinn walks out Chay heads straight to the spray paint section and grabs 3 to 4 cans of different colored spray paint. He then heads back to the paint and grabs a tube of each color and heads over to pay. Chay pays for the spray paint first and then for the acrylic paint. He makes sure to hide the spray paint at the bottom of the bag and puts all the acrylic paint at the top. He made sure to put his sweater on top of the spray paint before putting down the acrylic paint for extra measure.

He walks out of the shop and kinn is standing there. He was hanging up as Chay came up in front of him. "Chay I'm sorry to have to do this but there's an emergency meeting at my place Porsche will have to be there anyway so he's asked me to bring you along"says Kinn looking at Chay with a worried look on his face. "I understand p'kinn no worries" Chay says walking back to the car.

Kinn starts driving and Chay looks over at him " p'kinn who will be at this meeting? Just you and my brother?" Chay asks. Kinn stares ahead as he responds "umm no tankhun, my father ,Porsche and some customers will be there" kinn replies. Chay feels a sense of relief until Kinn adds " Oh and my youngest brother Kim, I don't know if you've met him yet" the feeling of relief in chay's stomach is replaced with something else.

Chay gets lost in his thoughts as Kinn continues to drive. He hasn't spoken to Kim since what happened at that club. Chay had planned to avoid meeting Kim for a while. He had blocked him. Avoided his phone calls and had not responded to the song Chay knew was for him.

Kinn looks over at Chay " Hey I know you hate these things if you want I'll convince your brother to let Arm and Pol drive you home" Says kinn.

"I'd like that" Says Chay with a smile on his face. They pull up to the theerapanyakun family home and both hop out of the car. Porsche is there waiting. He approaches them "Chay I know you hate these things so if you like arm and Pol will take you home" Says Porsche.

"I was just leaving, I'll take him kinn" Says a familiar voice standing behind Chay. "Oh, Kim, aren't you staying for the meeting?" asks kinn. Chay's heart feels like it's gonna beat out of his chest. Kim goes to stand right next to Chay and his presence makes him anxious. "Pa just wanted me to drop a few things off so I won't be staying" Says kim shaking his head. "Alright well we better head in please take care of my brother" says porsche. "Right, we don't want to be late, please take good care of Chay, Kim" says Kinn as Porsche grabs his hand and they start walking in.

As soon as Porsche is out of sight Kim grabs Chay's arm. "Actually I wanted to ask p'arm and p'pol something so I'll ask them to take me" chay blurts out pulling his arm away. "Get in the car Chay!" Says kim grabbing him by the arm again. "Wait, I forgot something in your brother's car p'kim" and Chay runs over to Kinns car which a bodyguard unlocks. He grabs his bag and as soon as he gets off, Kim tugs him over to his car.

"Why are you doing this phi? Just let Arm and Pol take me" Chay starts dragging his feet. Kim tugs him so their faces are only a few inches away from each other "Chay, I know your brother doesn't know we know each other their are cameras and bodyguards watching get in the car, please".

Chay does as he's told not because he wants kim to take him home but because he has no choice at this point.

Chay sits as far from Kim as he can in the passenger seat of a car and hugs his bag close. " Your seat belt chay".

Chay buckles up while Kim heads off to the minor family home.

The car is silent and both of them stare straight ahead. " You blocked me, Chay" says Kim, breaking the silence. Chay doesn't reply.

Kim lets out a loud sigh. "So you're going to give me the silent treatment now?" Says kim. Again silence.
Chays phone buzzes as Kim pulls into the minor family home.

Quick note: guys I don't know wether in the actual novel Venice is a boy or a girl because everyone always says something different but I thought it would be cute if Venice was a baby girl so in this story Venice is a girl!
