chapter 42

“ i didn't mean to fall in love but i did, and you didn't mean to hurt me but you did...”

AFTER TWO WEEKS ~

It's been two weeks and jimin started to get better ...but only physically.

He was always quiet he didn't talk to anyone, he didn't even look at anyone in the eyes except jin. Jin took care of him continuously without resting, he cooked jimin good food so he would eat more , he made him take his medicines on time , he even talked to jimin trying his best to make him feel better he also insisted on taking jimin outside, jimin didn't refuse even tho he didn't want to go out , he just simply listened to everything jin said , jin was the only person jimin trusted so he tried his best to let jin know how grateful he was to have him.

But unfortunately nothing worked, even tho jin took him outside jimin refused to say anything , he didn't talk to anyone only answered the questions he was asked nothing more than that.

Jimin spent most of his time sitting near the window of jin's room (jin made jimin shift in his room as he didn't want jimin to stay in jungkooks room , seeing how terrified he was everytime he remembered what happened there ).

Jimin just spent his time sitting at the window staring blankly at nothing , or just crying until he couldn't . Jin was worried sick , jimin wasn't getting better instead his condition was getting worse . Jin talked to jhope , even he tried talking to jimin to make him speak up but it didn't work . Everytime they tried forcing jimin to have a conversation , or to open up jimin had a panic attack . And they didn't like seeing him in that state so they tried their best to make jimin feel as normal and comfortable as they can .

Jin would be there with him 24/7 and sometimes jhope would come and visit jimin . He always bought jimin kitty cookies that he loved. And it somehow made jimin smile a bit .

And in midst of all of it , jungkook was miserable...his heart broke everytime he heard jimin's cries . Everytime he saw jimin's exhausted state . When jimin first came in jungkooks life he was full of happiness, he had a soothing and cheerful aura around him . Jimin was like an angel , he had a power to make anyone feel happy and comfortable around him but now everytime jungkook looked at him he looked lifeless... and sad always , the innocent smile was nowhere to he seen. And it hurt jungkook to core because he knew that he was the reason behind jimin's pittyful state . And he hated himself for it.

“ WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU , YOU HAVE ONE JOB AND YOU CAN'T EVEN DO THAT !? IT'S BEEN 3 WEEKS ALREADY !! I'M GIVING YOU 3 MORE DAYS AND IF YOU CAN'T DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY I'LL FIND SOMEONE ELSE WHO CAN ! ”  with that jin slammed his phone down he was utterly frustrated .

“ hyung...are you ok , is something wrong ...who were you talking about ?” hobi asked .

“ it's the man that broke into the house that day ” jin's expression became more stern . And hobi just knew that it was something very serious .

“ that day ...jimin told me that there was a man who came saying that he worked in jeon's industries and jimin let him in , he ...he was the one who tried to steal something from jungkooks room jimin was just trying to stop him...” jin sat down sighing jhope followed him sitting in the chaur across him.

Jin looked utterly exhausted ... and jhope was genuinely worried fir jin . It was like jin's whole world revolved around jimin . And in midst of taking care of jimin and worrying about jungkook jin didn't even think about his own heath once .he didn't sleep he didn't eat , he didn't even talk to namjoon , the only person who he loved dearly . Things were getting serious and jhope wanted to talk to jin about caring more about himself but it seemed like there was another issue yet to be solved that was bothering jin very much.
