Jungkook's pov :

after he saw jimin standing at his door , it shaked him apart , he couldn't believe his eyes , didn't know how to react.

it took him everything to stop himself from pulling jimin into his arms and kissing him .

when he looked into jimin's eyes , he felt how real everything was , it wasn't just a dream , or an illusion that he's very used to .

since the day jimin left , his life had been all about suffering . after wooshik left him he decided that he'd never open up his heart to anyone . but he failed miserably and opened up his most vulnerable wounds to jimin only for him to double the pain . he regreted opening up to jimin , he regreted loving him , he regreted trusting him . he knew that now that jimin was gone , his life won't be the same again.

he knew he won't be able to love again...he knew he won't be able to trust again...and for all he won't be able to live again.

he was just a dead soul walking in a living body.

like a robot .

without any feelings and emotions because everytime he tried feel , he only felt pain .

everyone he loved the most left him ...his mom , then wooshik and now jimin .

his heart was too shattered to take another blow .

so he tried not to feel anything at all , with the fear of getting hurt , he just worked and worked till his body gave up in exhaustion but that wasn't enough because even when he was too tired to stay awake , his nightmares were strong enough to shatter his sleep and haunt him .

the voices started coming back .

all his nightmares came true , he remembered when he dreamed about losing jimin ...that came true .

since the day jimin left , he felt like he had been living in a nightmare unable to wake up , because who would wake him up now? jimin was gone...

jimin came into his void life filling it up with colours and warmth and just like that he left ... taking all the colours away with him .

now jungkook felt colder than ever , he felt like he was trapped inside his body . when he lost jimin ,he lost his only hope of surving. now he finally gave up , giving in to the monster that lived inside him...now he was in charge.

now the little scared dumb jungkook could finally rest ...while that visious being took over him again.

at least now he wasn't scared of getting hurt ...

nor was he guilty of hurting someone.

but seeing jimin standing there ... right infront of him shaked him to core .

for a minute the jungkook who loved his jimin ...came out but ...he stopped himself.

he wouldn't repeat the mistake twice...or more correctly thrice ...

he wasn't a fool ...

when he offered jimin money to leave , somewhere he hoped that jimin would just say yes and leave him ...that way he wouldn't get hurt right .
