Deku stared as Todoroki was staring at his soba. He knew that Kacchan's capture was hard for everyone, but what was going on with Shoto?
"Todoroki-kun?" Deku asked, smiling slightly.
Shoto sighed, looking to him. He reached out his hand, and Deku took it. They held hands, as Shoto began to ease up a bit.
"Midoriya. When Dabi took Bakugo, Uh- there was a little girl on his back."
Deku's eyes widened. "You think they kidnapped a little girl!?" he yelled, attracting the attention of the entire class.
"Maybe." Todoroki said, starting to eat his soba. "She did resemble Dabi, in a way though."
He left out the part about the fiery red hair- that reminded him of his dad.
