Chapter-28

(KATIE)

"I think we should do this more" a deep husky voice whispered from my back in my ear.

We, Tay and me, are standing in a long line in the reception area to get our schedule. Someone behind me whispered to me. I spun my head around only to find Sam grinning at me. For some moments I lost myself in those greens again but I remember I have some questions. But before that what did he just say?

"What?" I ask totally confused what he is talking about.

"You know....you and me bumping into each other every now and then" he said waving his hands between us. "This is the second time in two days I must say."

"What are you doing here?" I ask completely ignoring what he just said.

"Well what do you think I am doing here Katie? What are you doing here?" he asked chuckling.

"I am here to take my schedule. What are you....? Are you stalking me or something?" I ask totally confused what he is doing here.

He chuckles before answering. "I am here to take my schedule too and no I am not stalking you." He said smiling.

"Your schedule? You are studying here?" I ask still not believing what I just heard.

"Yeah I got selected here." He said.

"Hey Sam. How are you?" Tay beams from behind me. I just hope she won't say anything stupid like yesterday's picture thing. Seriously it caught me totally off guard.

"Well I am fine Tay. Thank you. How 'bout you?" Sam asked.

"Positive. Sam are you here on vacation?" Tay asked pinching me secretly from behind. Hmm....I must have known she would surely do something like this. I smile at Sam nothing else to do.

"No Tay. I am not here on vacation. I am studying here." He said smiling.

"Wow that's great." She said smiling brightly.

Our turn came so we took our schedules and came out.

"What's your major?" I ask Sam.

"Civil law. Yours?" he asked.

"Business" I answer in which he raised an eyebrow. "What?" I ask.

"You and business? I just thought you won't be into it." He said.

"Well people do change Sam." I said thinking you have obviously changed but I didn't say it.

"Hey guys got your schedules" Nick joins us from behind.

"Yeah. You got it?" Tay said.

"Yeah! Finally whew!" Nick said.

"Yeah! People do change." Sam said staring at me.

What's with the look? I thought to myself.

"Hey Sam you here?" Nick asked Sam coming on my side.

"Yeah! Surprising, Isn't it?" He said staring at me and I chose to stare back.

"It's good we'll be seeing more, I'll get to know more of Kay's secrets" Nick nudged and teased me. Sam took his eyes off of mine only to glare at Nick. What is he? And where is his brunette? "Anyways I am hungry now. Are you guys ready to grab something?" Nick asked.
