(SAM)

"I already told you in the morning we are not having any drink" I said looking at Re when she ordered her drink.

"One won't harm bro" she said smiling and giving her puppy look.

"Fine. One, that's it and no more." I said and look around for that Nick guy but he is nowhere to be found. I roam my eyes all over the place and find Katie and Taylor at the other end of the bar. I swallow down when I see Katie. She is looking red hot with the red dress and the curled hair falling in the front on her ivory neck and milky skin. She must be having a great time because she is laughing and smiling a lot.

"Don't get lost, I'll catch you later okay and don't drink, this is your last one" I said pointing a finger at Re.

"You got it bro" she said smiling.

I walk up to Katie and Taylor. "Hey girls" I said smiling.

"Hi Sam" Tay said.

"Sam?" Katie said, I would rather say slurred, and turned and looked at me eyes half closed. "Hey Sam" she said smiling brightly. "You are looking....um...delicious? Oh! Handsome as ever" she said and giggled.

Katie is drunk? But she never used to drink. Why is she drinking? I swear if this turns out to be related to that Nick guy, he won't live. But I must say she is looking so beautiful and really cute. And she complimented me. This is the first time in so many years.

I chuckled. "Thank you Katie. You are looking beautiful yourself" I said.

After that she turned and mumbled something under her breath which I couldn't hear due to the loud music and her voice is slurred. I could hear something like 'stupid' and then 'crush'. I think that must be related with me.

"How much she took?" I ask to Tay who is looking at Katie like Katie is something delicate and it will break right now.

"I don't know exactly. Maybe 5 or 6 or 7?" she said wrinkling her brows, which came out as question.

"5 or 6 or 7? You have got to be kidding me. She never drinks and she took 5 or 6or 7? No wonder her eyes are half closed." I said not believing Katie took 6 or 7 drinks.

"Hey why are you here?" Katie slurred at me.

"I saw you, so I thought I'll say hi" I answer.

"Well you said it. So hi Sam. Now you can go back, bye Sam" she slurred and got up to walk away but her legs betrayed her and she would have fallen down if I didn't catch her.

"Be careful Katie. You wouldn't want to fall down." I said helping her up.

"Well I can take care of myself Sam" she slurred pushing me and swayed through the crowd.

"Where is Nick?" I ask Tay anger rising up in me. He left Katie again and for some reason Katie is so much hurt.

"I don't know. He must be somewhere" Tay said looking at Katie worried and fear written all over her face.

"You didn't come with him?" I ask frustrated.

"No we came in taxi, my car was not working. Nick came with Velinda." She said now following Katie and me following her.

"Damn" I clenched my teeth in anger and punch the air infront of me. So he came with another girl? That's the reason Katie is drunk? This time I really need to talk to that guy.

Katie opened the door and went outside and we follow her. Suddenly she stopped and turned back.

"I am feeling green. I think I am going to throw up." She slurred with half open eyes.
