Two months later

Jack's P.O.V.

It's been a couple months since I was first getting to know Raelyn and it's been a really good couple of months. I feel like every time I'm around her I have to smile. She's so nice and, unlike Madison, she likes hanging out with the guys. I broke up with Madison three weeks after I was starting to get to know Raelyn because I was getting sick of her being so attached. I wanted to be able to hang out with Raelyn and the guys without having to hide from Madison. Over the time since then me and Raelyn have really grown on each other and we've become really good friends, but I know that I want something else. I don't really know what, all I know is that I'm happy with my life right now and I don't want any sudden changes.

"You ready bro?" Johnson asked. We're going to the movies today with Nash, Hayes, Shawn, Cameron, Amber, and of course Raelyn. We're going to see insidious chapter three.

"Yea lets go." I grab my keys and wallet and we walk out to my jeep.

"Hey bro I wanted to talk to you." Johnson states.

"Ok shoot." I say ready to answer anything.

"So ever since you broke up with Madison I've sensed something with you and Raelyn. I wanted to tell you that-" I cut him off knowing where this was going.

"I know I know. Don't get too attached. It's ok I won't, we're just friends."

"No, I was gonna say go for her. I see how happy she makes you and I want you to be with her. Every time you hung out with Madison when you were around us you were never as happy as you are when you're around her." After he said that I smiled.

"Thanks man."

When we got to the theater Raelyn and Amber were waiting outside for us. She looked over from talking to Amber and smiled.

"Wassup!" She says with her arms open wide. I smile and return a 'what's up' and hug her.

After the rest of the guys get here we get our tickets and snacks and head into the theater. I went to sit in between Johnson and Shawn, but before I could sit down Johnson moves me so I'm sitting in his seat which is next to Raelyn. Of course he does this. She just starts giggling. Cameron has taken a liking to Amber and they are sitting next to Raelyn talking and laughing.

"I love scary movies." I say and look at Raelyn.

"Yea?" She giggles. The movie starts and we straighten out and look at the screen.

Half way through the movie I look over at Raelyn and she's hiding in her jacket, past her Amber and Cameron are sucking each other's faces. Cameron takes things way too fast.

I decide to make a move, it was great to get Jack's approval. I pull up the arm rest that's keeping her away from me, snake my arm around her, and pull her in close. She looks up at me and I whisper, "You scared?" She smiles and nods.

Raelyn's P.O.V.

I hate scary movies. Well I mean they're fun and thrilling, but I get scared really easily. I turn to get Amber's help, but she's sucking faces with Cameron. Jesus she doesn't waste any time. I decide to hide behind my jacket.

I am startled when I feel an arm snake around my back. I am pulled into someone. I look and see that it's Jack, remembering he sat next to me.

"You scared?" He asks. I smile and feel my cheeks blush, no this is not going to stop me not now. Ever since I heard he broke up with Madison I have been determined to be outgoing in order to maybe have a chance with him.
