Astrid's P.O.V.

The next day at school, I'm walking down the brick path to the school building, well I'm rushing cause today there will be an announcement and all students should not be late. Well I'm always an early bird.

While I'm running to the building of my first class, I bump into someone causing me to fall on the ground, good thing I wear pants today, or else I'll get a wound on my knee.

"Hey watch it, you'll break something." Said a girl's voice. And I recognise it very well. I look up to see the face of the girl ho broke my glasses.

"Oh, Hello." She greeted in a cold way. This is gonna be my baddest day.

"Girls, look, the nerd girl." She said grinning down at me.

"I have no time to play games with you." I said as I stand up. I was about to leave when she pulled my arm making me fall back on the ground. "Hey!" I snapped glaring at her.

"Oh, now your a big girl? Hey, little slut, just because you changed to be the most beautiful girl in school, doesn't mean that your suppose to be treated like a princess!" She snapped at me. Now the students are surrounding us,cheering for our names.

"Astrid! Astrid!" The other students cheered.

"Heather! Heather!" The other cheered.

I stand up and look at her with a cold expression. "What did I do to you anyway? I didn't do anything to you, and everyone knows that, if you want Hiccup, then fine, flirt with him until you die, let's see if he talks to you or feel for your tricks, Hiccup's smarter than I ever know, he won't fall for a b***h like you!" I yelled at her, causing the whole crowd to cheer at me.

I was about to leave but I remembered something. "Oh, and by the way, who's the slut on between us? You right?" I said and walked out.

I sighed, wow, I got a fight in front of the crowd, that's a first, and...did I actually fight back?!

"Hey Aliana!" Someone called. I stopped as I recognise the voice. I slowly turn around and saw...

"Merida." I said as I faced her. "That was some defending back there." She said walking towards me. "Well, I can't actually believe that." I said. "You better fight back, that slut is just good in words but in brawns she's as whimpy as a wee lamb." Merida said chuckling.

"Can we talk?" She asked me. "Uh..sure." I replied. We slowly make steps to the building while talking. Well, I actually kinda like Merida, She's cool, and nice. You can't just see it in the appearance though.

Suddenly, a question just popped out of my mouth that I didn't realise, I shouldn't have asked that.

"Why did you broke up with Hiccup?"

Merida's eyes widened and look at me. She held my arm and made me stopped walking. "If I tell you, please don't tell him k?" She said.

Even though I'm not sure what to say, I just agreed. "Okay."

She then pulled me with her towards the nearest tree, and we talked there.

"Well, you see...I wouldn't have broken up with Hiccup, if I'm not...engaged to someone." She said.

Woah! Hold up, she's engaged?!

"Your WHAT?!" I shriek. She then covered my mouth. "Shh! Don't scream!" She snapped. "Sorry I just can't believe it." I said.

"Yeah, and...I don't want Hiccup to be hurt because...well, he promised me that we'll get married when we graduated college, but, it won't happen ever because you know, I'm suppose to marry someone I don't really know, for how long." Merida said sadly.

"Oh, Merida I'm so sorry." I said and pulled her into a hug, as she started crying.

Gods, I feel bad for her, so this is the main reason why...poor lass.
