Most of the time, missions would come across as easy. You were quite experienced with them and had done enough of them to know that.
But wanda still had her doubts even if you were an avenger, she would still worry about you. If you had gone out of her sight for a second, she would start to panic. But she didn't care if she was being over dramatic. There could always be a chance were you'd end up getting hurt.
And if that ever happened, wanda would be in distraught. She wouldn't hesitate to blame herself for it.
But you made a choice to be an avenger, and you knew that it was always a life or death situation when you went into battle.
It didn't annoy you though that wanda was so keen on keeping you safe. You were her girlfriend after all, so she had every right to do so.

Tony had called for a conference meeting, he only did these when he was planning on doing a mission. You were the last to come down as everyone had already taken their seats.
"I know a lot of you haven't done missions in a while, I've usually just picked out people to do certain tasks. But now it's come to the point were we need everyone in on this." He started to go on.
The only problem was, you hadn't trained in a while. So you were quite rusty and weren't ready to go on another mission. But you couldn't have a say in this, it was too serious for anyone to leave it.
"How much time do we have?" Natasha asks, putting her hands on the table.
"Not long, maybe an hour or two, that's why we've got to be quick." Tony demands as he tells everyone to go get ready.
You don't waste a second before running up the stairs to get your suit on.
"Y/n wait." A hand wrapped around your arm and you turned to look at the person.
"Are you sure about this? You haven't trained in a while, I don't want to risk you getting hurt." The redhead reminds you, not loosing her grip on your arm.
You smiled at her faintly and took her hand off your arm to kiss it. "Wanda you don't have to worry about me, I'll be fine."
Even if she felt a little bit of relief, it didn't keep her thoughts away. Wanda didn't want you going on this mission, it sounded more serious than the others.
"I know it's just.. be careful, I don't want anything bad to happen to you." She says as she looks down.
You knew your words weren't going to cool her down, so you put a hand under her chin to make her look at you. And then pulled her in for a kiss. Wanda's hands found your hair as she brushed her fingers through it.
When you pulled away for air, you rested your head against hers. "Like i said, I'll be fine. I love you and nothings going to happen to me."
You dropped your hands down to her waist and rubbed her sides. "alright well, I love you too." Wanda smiled at you and pulled you into another kiss.
