"Hey there Cupcake," Happy says as I sit between the two.

"Sup," I reply boredly.

"Today we made cookies! Ours were double chocolate chip, but we already put them in the oven, so there isn't much left to do but wait!" He says excitedly bouncing in his seat.

"Ignore him Trouble, he's just excited North isn't here to take away his fucking chocolate," Gabe says.

"I stopped listening after 'Hey'" I tell them opening up my phone to see if I have any emails.

As I open the email app, my phone is suddenly snatched from my hands making me look up and glare at Marc. "No phones in class," he says.

I let out a huff and look at him, "What else should we be doing Mr. Weiland?"

"Maybe try talking to you teammates, they will be your group all semester," he smiles.

"Oh, I totally would except for the fact that I don't want to," I smile back just as fake and reach for my phone as he pulls it away.

"Tough shit," he glares.

I grit my teeth and put my head in my arms on the desk and close my eyes.

The three of them seemingly give up on trying to talk to me after that, ten minutes later there is a buzzer going off for one of the cookies, when Gabe says that it's theirs I get up without a word and go get them, feeling the need to participate in someway.

Grabbing the oven mitts, I turn off the oven before reaching in for the cookies and bringing them over to the tray on the table. I go to put the oven mitts back as Marc speaks up, "I hear some timers going off, don't forget to create a presentation with your food, its fifteen percent of todays grade," he tells the class.

I look over at my two mates and raise an eyebrow wondering if they had anything planned.

"Shit I forgot about that," Gabe says.

"I was too focused on the chocolate, you're the artsy one, you do it" Luke shrugs while trying to sneak a cookie, he immediately drops it having burned himself on the hot tray. Once again I get up without a word and go get the first aid kit on Marc's desk.

I walk back over to Luke, grabbing his hand and ignoring the sparks, I inspect the burn. Concluding that it isn't too bad, I put some burn cream on it before wrapping it loosely. Next I return the first aid kit and go to the closest refrigerator to our table, grabbing what I need for our presentation.

I grab a milk container and some melting chocolate before going to the cabinets and grabbing an empty bottle, metal straw, wax paper, and a cute little tray thing, as well as some powdered sugar.

Walking back over to the table with the supplies, I get to work. Putting down the cute tray I found, I put a square of wax paper on top before using a spatula to get some of the cookies off the tray and stacking them on top on the wax paper. I take the top cookie and break it in half so the inside is showing in the presentation.

I look to Gabe, handing him the bottle and straw pointing towards the sink, he gets the hint and goes to wash them as I go to melt some chocolate over the stove.

Once the chocolate melts, I drizzle it over the cookie presentation and add some chocolate chips surrounding the cookies on the wax paper then I sprinkle some powdered sugar on top of the stack. Gabe comes back with the dishes and I pour milk into the glass and add the straw placing it slightly behind the cookies. After I'm satisfied with how it looks, I clean everything up and sit back down as Marc comes over.
