The next Toman meeting was a week after the last one Y/n went to. Keisuke once again had "Business" all day, right up until the meeting so Mikey and Draken had promised to pick her up. 

After throwing some pencils and two notebooks in a bag, Y/n ate a quick dinner. When she heard the loud engines on Mikey and Draken's bikes she hurried down to greet them. 

"Hey n/n!" Mikey said. 

Draken gave her a simple nod which she reciprocated. 

The drive seemed faster when Takashi wasn't driving her. She was a little disappointed that he hadn't offered to pick her up. Y/n thought he probably felt awkward about what happened at the last Toman meeting. The little... moment they had shared. 

She would apologize to him at the meeting today, make sure he wasn't upset at her. 

When they got there, there seemed to be a commotion in the second squad. 

Y/n's eyes widened. What was Takemichi doing at a Toman meeting? He was getting threatened by a few Toman members. Hina poked out from behind him. Hina? What?

Takashi pulled up beside Mikey, Draken and Y/n. Mikey gestured towards Takemichi. Takashi nodded and walked over. After a quick introduction, he kicked one of the perpetrators and told him off. 

When Takemichi and Hina saw Y/n, they looked dumbfounded. 

"Y/n?" Takemichi said dumbly as Hina asked, "What're you doing here?"

Mikey looked at you. "Do you know Takemicchi?"

"uh- yeah, I do. I tutor for him and some other middle schoolers." Y/n waved at the two of them and said quietly, "Hi guys!"

Draken apologized to Hina for threatening her(huh?) and then called Emma over. Emma jogged over and hugged Y/n. 

"I haven't seen you in so long! Y/n I missed you!"

"I know, why weren't you at the meeting last week?" 

"I'll tell you later, K?" Emma gave Y/n another quick side hug before turning to Draken. 

"What's up?"

"Be sure to protect this girl, she's Takemicchi's girlfriend."

"Got it," Emma turned and saw Takemichi. "Yo, lil' coward!"

Hina slowly turned towards him. "Who is a," Y/n flinched at her tone. "Lil' coward?"

At the same time Draken widened his eyes dangerously and asked, "Do you... know Emma?"

Oh no.

About five minutes later, Takemichi sat on his knees in front of Hina with a swollen black eye. 

"I'b sowwy," Y/n chuckled a little and she saw Takashi do the same. "I won't do it again."

"Don't care!" Hina exclaimed as she haughtily walked away. 

Emma told Takemichi that she wasn't even really interested in him, she just wanted to make Draken jealous. Y/n swung an arm around Emma's shoulders and the two of them walked away. 

Y/n vaguely heard Draken shout that they were starting the meeting but neither Y/n nor Emma felt like watching. 

They found a nice bench close enough to the shrine. "So.... You wanted to impress Draken?"

"Well... yeah. But he didn't even care." Y/n recalled the scary look on his face from earlier. 

"I don't think that's true. He just," She cleared her throat, thinking about what to say. "You know, he's not really a scary guy. He just puts up an act. He loves you, I know he does."
