Chapter 5: Truth Behind the Changes

Shizuka still hesitates about what to do after seeing Nobita still being unconscious. Though her idea pops into her head. 

Shizuka Minamoto (In Mind): I think I've to carry him. But isn't it too embarrassing for me to carry a boy with people around seeing me doing this? Nah, I can't leave my friend like this. I've to bring him to his home so Dora-chan can treat him otherwise he'll get much worse. Even though, I still felt embarrassed carrying a boy.

Shizuka then proceeds to carry him, though she struggles a bit with carrying him but still manages to do it. She sprints to his home as fast as she can and on the way, Blood can be seen coming out of Nobita's nose and landing on Shizuka's arm. Shizuka looks down horrified.

Shizuka Minamoto (In Mind): Huh???!!! Blood? It came out from his nose, oh gosh I've to make my way there quickly! her face turns deep blue.

After a long run, Shizuka finally makes her way to Nobis' Residence and rings the bell quickly. Tamako is in the house, making her way to the hallway, and opens the door.

Shizuka Minamoto: Konnichiwa!

Tamako Nobi: Irasshaimase. Wait, why are you carrying Nobita? Is there something wrong with him?

Shizuka Minamoto: Now It isn't the time to ask! Can you give me a medical kit? I need to treat him quickly! He's hurting badly.

Tamako Nobi: Oh gosh! Nobita! Okay wait, you bring Nobita to his room, I'll find the medical kit.

Shizuka Minamoto: Is Dora-chan in the house as well?

Tamako Nobi: No, Nobita told me that he went for the medical checkup, so he had to go back to the future.

Shizuka Minamoto: A'ight.

Shizuka brings Nobita to his room, she drops him down gently and slowly releases her hands. She then finds a pillow and futon then put Nobita on it, letting him rest peacefully. She goes downstairs to see if Tamako finds the medical kit.

Shizuka Minamoto: Did you find the medical kit?

Tamako Nobi: Yes, I found it, here, as she gives Shizuka a medical kit.

Tamako Nobi: Please treat my son carefully, I'm really worried about him.

Shizuka Minamoto: I got this. I'm really worried about him as well.

Shizuka goes upstairs with the medical kit and to Nobita's room. She then starts treating Nobita's bruises, wounds & injuries that he got from his beatings, as well as cleaning the blood from his nose including on her arm. 

15 minutes later

She has done treating Nobita's injuries and proceeds to wait for him to wake up.

Shizuka Minamoto (In Mind): I hope that he'll wake up, I'm really worried that he won't wake up. Wait but how did he get those beatings? Did he get bullied by Gian and Suneo again? Come to think of it, I haven't seen him talk to me & the others for two days. Was it because the day I rejected him from doing homework with me & he became upset about it? Well, I'll ask him directly when he wakes up.

30 minutes later

Shizuka is still waiting for Nobita to wake up, though he doesn't and this worries her even more. 

Shizuka Minamoto (In Mind): Oh gosh, he still didn't wake up. He should be waking up a few minutes later

She then continues to wait for him to gain consciousness, though five minutes later, she feels asleep and wants to sleep for a while. She then leans beside the wall and sleeps there for a while.
