"Thanks guys." You smiled as Ymir handed you the signed card. Ymir wasn't even on the cheer team, but it was like she was.

"Can't wait to see his reaction." Historia cheered as you turned to Falco. Who was setting up a table, putting fruits and food on it.

Okay, so the whole signing and then giving the ball to Reiner thing turned into everyone surprising him with a party at the park, and then giving him the football and card.

Turns out Sasha and Niccolo hit it off at the prom, because they were now on their own, talking about who knows what on some rocks in the park.

Ymir and Historia were still together, obviously.

And Hitch and Annie actually started dating, considering the whole reason they didn't define their relationship in high school was because of possible homophobia. But now that they were done with high school, they knew that they could do whatever the hell they wanted.

Falco brought Gabi, and though they still aren't 'dating' they definitely are.

Eren and Mikasa still matched clothes, Mikasa having the superior style.

Everyone came exactly how they left.

"ALRIGHT EVERYONE GROUP UP!" You called everyone over while standing on a table as they huddled in front of you, being silent and waiting.

"DID EVERY CHEER MEMBER SIGN THE CARD?" You asked as the cheer team all put their thumbs up.

"DID EVERY FOOTBALL TEAM MEMBER SIGN THE BALL?" You asked as the boys cheered a loud yes.

"ALRIGHT. IM GOING TO GET REINER AND BRING HIM HERE. EVERYONE HIDE BEHIND BUSHES OR TREES OR ROCKS OR WHATEVER. YOULL HEAR THE CAR PULL UP, WAIT UNTIL HE WALKS CLOSE ENOUGH BEFORE JUMPING OUT AND SURPRISING HIM!" You reminded everyone of the plan before grabbing onto the keys to your mothers car and getting in, pulling out of the parks parking lot and driving to Reiners house.

You knocked on Reiners door as he answered it, coming to memorize your knock.

"hey, come with me." You grabbed onto Reiners arm as he looked at you confused, putting on his slides and letting you drag him out of his own home.

"Where are we going?" He asked as he got into the passenger seat, you going to drive him to the park.

"It's a surprise." You giggled before starting the car and pulling out of Reiners driveway.

You drove him to the park, ignoring his pestering questions, and constantly repeating "where are you taking me".

"You haven't even said happy birthday." He pouted as you reached your hand over while driving to ruffle his hair.

"Happy birthday Reiner." You smiled as he took your hand off of his head to interlock his fingers with yours.

"Can you tell me where you're taking me now?" He asked as you turned into the parking lot of the park.

"We're here." You said as Reiner looked at you confused.

"Cmon, let's go." You turned off the car and got out, waiting for Reiner to follow.

"The park?" He asked as you held his hand, bringing him towards where everyone was hiding.

"Come, walk with me." You held Reiners hand and guided him, Reiner being hesitant.

"Where are we-" Reiner asked as you got close enough to the group, being interrupted by at least 20 people jumping up behind bushes and out of trees.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" They all cheered as Reiner stopped next to you, looking at everyone before looking down at you.

"What is this?" He asked as you put your hands out.

"Cheer team and football team reunion, plus Bertholdt." You giggled as Bertholdt waved.

"Thanks guys." He smiled as Falco had a cake in his hand, bringing it close to Reiner and telling Reiner to blow out the candle.

He did, and Falco put the cake on the table while you got everyone to sing happy birthday.

Falco set up some chairs and a blanket in case people wanted to sit down, and everyone grabbed some food, talking to Reiner and overall just having a good time.

"Thank you. Nobody's ever done something like this for me." Reiner gave you a kiss as you finished up eating some fruit.

"You ready for your gift?" You asked as Reiner looked at you with concern.

"This whole thing wasn't the gift?" He asked as you shook your head, going to the nice bag you put the ball and card in, grabbing it and giving it to Reiner.

"This is from all of us." You smiled as everyone crowded around Reiner waiting for him to open the bag.

He opened the bag, taking out the ball and spinning it, looking at the signatures from each teammate.

Then, he pulled out the card the cheer team made.

He opened it up, and read it out loud.

"Happy birthday Reiner. 18 years old isn't too bad, huh, old man? Just kidding you're not old, yet." He read before looking at all of the girls signatures.

"Wow." He said as you smiled, jumping into his lap and hugging him.

"You like it?" You asked as Reiner picked up the football and raised it up in the air.

"Where'd you get this ball?" He asked as Porco slicked his hair back before answering.

"It's the ball from the final game. Keith gave it to (Y/n), knowing she'd surprise you with it." He said as you held your hand out, waiting for Reiner to put the football in your hands. You wrapped your hand around the ball, in the position to throw it, knowing how small your hand was compared to the ball. Reiner put his hand over your hand on the ball and you admired how he made the ball look so small with his big hands.

"Thanks. I'll definitely frame this." Reiner said to the group before giving you a kiss on the cheek.

"Alright, let's put these away and just party. It's my birthday after all!" Reiner cheered. The cheerleading girls jumped up in happiness as the football boys crowded around them, getting drinks in a cooler.

Bertholdt pulled you aside before whispering in your ear.

"Cherish this summer. Oh, and do your best in uni, okay?" He asked as you smiled.

"Of course Bertholdt. You'll be a great vet one day." You smiled, knowing Bertholdt ended up settling on becoming a veterinarian for pets, which is why he had bio with you in the first place. You always knew he wanted to get into the medical field, but working with animals suited him.

You hung out with everyone for hours upon hours, before finally driving Reiner home before it got too dark.

You and Reiner spent the whole day together, so his parents really didn't get to celebrate his birthday with him.

But, when Reiner opened the door to his house, his mother pestered you to join her and the family. She'd made a beautiful dinner, with an appetizer and two main courses. Penne al vodka and veal. Two meals you liked.

"Wow, this looks delicious." You said as Reiner sat at the side of the table, his mother going to sit at the head seat and his father also joining and sitting opposite to his wife.

"Thank you for allowing me in your home." You smiled as you sat in a chair next to Reiner, hearing both Gabi and Falco enter through the front door with a ruckus and join the table, sitting next to each other across from you and Reiner.

"Of course darling. Gabi, Falco, try entering a little more quietly next time." Reiners mother said as they nodded, grabbing onto some bread and putting food on their plates before anyone else.

"Their mannerisms are nonexistent." Reiners father chimed in as his mother shrugged.

"Eat up guys." She said as Reiner picked up a plate of bread, putting it in front of you to grab.

He also helped you pour some vegetables onto your plate, and then once done, the pasta.

You left his house absolutely stuffed.
