For the celebration of the blueberry day (8th July), we, The Wallflower Community, has bought forth some health benefits and facts about this delicious berry.

The blueberry bush (Vaccinium sect. Cyanococcus) is a flowering shrub that produces berries with a bluish, purple hue - also known as blueberries.
These beautiful berries are sweet, nutritious, tasty and wildly popular. Low in calories and are incredibly good for you.

NUTRITIONAL VALUE:
Fiber: 4 grams
Vitamin C: 24% of the RDI
Vitamin K: 36% of the RDI
Manganese: 25% of the RDI
and- Small amounts of various other nutrients.

NUTRITION FACT:
Blueberries cointain about 85% water, and an entire cup contains only 84 calories, with 15 grams of carbohydrates.

Now, let us take a look on how these berries improve our health.
