The grenade did not hurt anyone in the room. They were all able to dodge the grenade. The first floor was easily recaptured. The town hall was now under complete control. The reinforcements now numbered at over 1000 soldiers, and the reds now down to 567 soldiers, would try to defend what they still had in the village. Tekurai's group were now finally able to take a break. But the village was still partially burning, so there was no way to rest yet. Tekurai ordered his subordinates to retreat while he'd stay and keep fighting. They did not want to let their leader, which they had grown to respect, fight alone however. Akio especially was against that. Tekurai said: "THIS IS AN ORDER".

They obeyed the order and had to retreat to the east of the city, where there was no fighting, and the least amount of fires. Sora was injured and could barely walk on his own, so Senshi carried him; he felt guilty for what had happened earlier. When they had reached a relatively safe place in the east of the village, they stopped to try and rest. There were medics there, who could heal Sora's wounds. The rest of them also had minor injuries.

The next day, the battle was over. Tekurai reunited with his subordinates after the fight. He only had a few cuts. He spoke to them, telling them: You guys were very impressive for your first mission, despite things not going as expected, and the mission being quite hard to begin with.

Akio answered: It was mostly because of you, your amazing leadership, and strength, that we even made it out alive.

Tekurai told him: Still, if you weren't strong, you wouldn't have made it out alive, regardless of how good my orders would've been.

"If I was really this strong, then, Sora wouldn't have gotten injured. "said Senshi

Tekurai answered: This guy, you fought wasn't normal. He was a freak on my level. Just because you couldn't beat him doesn't make you weak, he's just that strong.

Akio said: Yeah, both this guy and you are extremely strong. You must be some of the strongest out there?

Tekurai chuckled, then said with a smile on his face: I'm actually not. There are people much stronger than even I. You'd be surprised if you saw them.

He shocked everyone with this statement. After what they saw him do, how could he not be one of the strongest? They could not even imagine what the guys stronger than him were like.

"Anyway, how is Sora doing? " Tekurai asked.

"The medics said he should be good in a few weeks. The wound wasn't that deep." Senshi answered.

"Good to know. Anyway, we should go now." said Tekurai. He had gotten himself a car, a different one from the first one they got. He told them to get in. Once they were all in, he told them he'd drive them to a city nearby, in order for them to get their reward.
