"Let me know when to pick you up, okay?" Dalton said, grabbing my jaw as he kissed me. "I'm sorry I couldn't stay."
"It's okay. Go do what you're going to do." I smiled, unbuckling my seatbelt just as my back started cramping. "Shit."
"Are you good? Do you need me to take you home?" He asked, putting his arm around the back of my chair.
I shook my head, holding my hand over my bump before answering. "No, I'm okay. They're just kicking my ass right now."
"Just call me if you need anything, okay? I love you three." He grinned, giving me another kiss.
"And we love you. Bye." I grinned, opening the car door and getting out.
I shut it behind me and walked up to the front door, I used my key to walk inside as I heard Dalton pull off. I walked in and closed and locked the door behind me.
"Your favorite daughter is here!" I yelled, keeping one hand on my back and the other on my bump.
Suddenly, Calista came running around the corner with Cole and Livi hot on her heels. She was stumbling and tripped, holding onto my leg to steady herself.
"That's why we said stop running, Calista." I heard Cole say in his dad voice.
"Hey, Lala." I grinned, trying to bend down to pick her up but two little someone's were in the way.
Dalton and I haven't told anyone about me being pregnant with twins yet. We also had gotten the genders but didn't look, wanting to have a gender reveal party.
I was planning on telling my family first tonight because they were the first people I wanted to know along with Dalton's family. Dalton was planning on telling our friends tonight since his family knows now.
"Just to warn you- your cousin is here. Why? We don't fucking know." Cole rolled his eyes as Livi hit him in the arm.
"Bad, Daddy." Calista frowned, pointing at him as he laughed and picked her up.
"I'm sorry, Lala." He apologized, kissing her all over her face as she laughed and tried to grab his cheeks.
"Aspen, is that you?" I heard Mom say from another room.
"Yes, it's me!" I called out, really not looking forward to seeing Lara.
"You guys come in here." I heard Dad say as they started walking and I followed them.
To be honest, I was tired as hell, my feet hurt, and my back was sore as shit. I didn't get much sleep last night because I was having heat flashes and a horrible migraine. And my boobs hurt like a bitch.
