"What did she do?" Pierre asked, scared to hear Landos response.

"She used to just get drunk all the time, any bad feeling she would have she'd get shit faced drunk, it's not like average drinking she can do that fine, but when it's like this it fucks with her, she starts to go in spirals until her mental health is at rock bottom, its fine in other situations it's just when she's like this, she gets drunk and then goes to use other stuff, I don't know how to explain it but it really isn't good for her as a person." Lando said, his voice was hoarse.

"Do you know why?"

"She had a rough childhood, fucked her up pretty badly, she got with Juan and for a time being it was great, he did what me and Carlos couldn't, and then he got her pregnant without her consent and she went into a massive spiral, I thought it was because they broke up. But me and Carlos managed to get her on the right track again, and i'm just scared Pierre, what if we can't get her out of it this time?" Lando said, a tear rolling down his cheek, terrified for one of the only people he cares about.

Pierre didn't have much to say in response to Lando, "It's okay mate, we will help her and make sure Juan stays out of her life forever."

They searched for a little while, exploring around Monaco.

"Where do you think she is?" Pierre asked cluelessly, checking his phone to see if her location was updated.

"I'm not too sure." Lando said.

Suddenly a ping came from Pierre's phone, "Her location is back, harbour second dock."

They both sprinted down to the boat harbour, and from afar Océane looked okay. She had been alone for around an hour at this rate. As they ran closer they saw she wasn't alone. She was smoking with some guy on his little speedboat.

"Océane!" Lando shouted, catching her attention. A wide smile came across her face, "Lando." She said.

Her balance was shaky. Lando threw his head down, he was too late to get to her. "Océane please come with us." He asked, choking up the words.

Océane complied and took Landos hand, as Pierre led them to a secluded part of the beach. Pierre didn't know what to do, he felt for Océane he really did, but he was truly unsure if he could be much help. Océane was slurring her words slightly, her movements were slow and delayed.

Lando pushed Océane to the floor, "What the fuck Océane, what the actual fuck are you doing?" His caring self couldn't help but shout at her, "Come on Océane." He crouched next to her, he was bawling his eyes out.

Océane pulled Lando into a hug, holding him tightly and not letting go. It was like she melted into the hug, evidently proving to Lando that she did care, but he didn't know what kind of condition she was in. Lando pulled Océane away, looking at her in the eyes. She looked gone.

"I can't do this. Pierre sort her out." Lando said, getting up and sitting a couple metres away from them.

Pierre sat next to Océane, he looked disappointed. "I guess you won't love me any more, did you still do so after all that time anyway. Hearing you say it that time was music to my ears." She said, throwing her head back lightly to lay down on the sand.

"Océane fucking hell, I will love you through thick and thin, but you can't be doing shit like this." He said, holding her face in his hand, "Océane I never want to leave you, no matter what, I will never not think about you but most importantly getting drunk when you're not in the right headspace is a bad idea. Tell me Océane, why?" Pierre sat there awaiting a response.

"I feel useless, Pierre i've been trying to fix it, but every time i feel an inch of happiness it's destroyed. I was having the best afternoon and then suddenly Juan comes back and ruins my life again." Her words once again slurred.

"He hasn't ruined your life again okay," Pierre holds her head up so it's level with his, "You have me, you have Lando, you have Charlotte, you have Carlos, you have Charles, we're all here for you and most importantly I want you to be with me all the time, I will temporarily move in with you or vice versa if it means I can make sure you're okay, to protect you, and whilst i'm away at race weekends I will message you all the time I can, take care of you from Canada, or the UK. Just don't leave us please, don't do anything stupid like this again, if you want to get drunk so be it, just make sure one of us are there with you so you don't do any thing stupid, okay?"

"Why did I ever leave you." She said hugging his arm as it was the only part of him she could grab.

"Go speak to Lando, you can stay over mine tonight." Pierre said.

Océane tried to stand up, however she fell straight back over. "Whoops." She said as Pierre helped her up.

Lando was still crying, not able to control it. "Why." He said, looking up at her, Pierre put her on the floor and backed away to give the privacy.

"I cant go through all that again, I thought I was going to loose you this time last year, Océane you're like a sister to me, but you know i care too much to be able to comprehend the fact that maybe I can't help you."

Océane at that point had also started to cry too, however not as much as her British friend.

"What if I sort myself out this time. What if I get it right, I will make sure my mental health is okay, I will make sure. I will do it for you Lando." She said, hugging him. Her breath smelt of alcohol, harsh, straight alcohol. But all Lando could care about was that she was safe, and if she was with him or Pierre, she would continue to remain safe. That's all that mattered to him.

Eventually Océane arrived at Pierre's apartment, she'd never been there before. She didn't get the chance to even look around, Pierre showed her his room and within seconds she was passed out on his bed. Pierre had been keeping in touch with Lando, letting him know that she was okay. Pierre decided to sleep on the sofa, to make sure that Océane was comfortable.
