Jungkook never thought his heart would find the most beautiful ways to dance to the melody of the song titled as love, neither did he think of how even the simplest of moments would turn to the most aureate of hues nor did he guess that the cute far...

It was late in the afternoon, the drapes were withdrawn to allow the bracing sunlight and the euphonic sound of the rustling leaves in. Taehyung was sat on his study table, completing his assignments. And Jungkook was resting on his bed, in the midst of feasting his eyes on the rural sky from the window and a rather busy Taehyung who was immersed in his work.
As he adheres to the astral beauty that Taehyung's presence breathes out, a realisation crosses his mind. How funny it was of him to not acknowledge the liveliness of the season and it's sweet serenity when it had been summer for weeks now until Taehyung made him see and experience it.
There was a gentle calmness in the room, one that had them both drawn in it's gold and coral tones, swathed in a silken state of mind that was held in conjunction by thoughts of the other.
"What?" Taehyung mumbles when he turns around, having felt Jungkook's eyes on him. He's met with a tender gaze before Jungkook's eyes crinkle, the apples of his cheeks becoming prominent and bunny teeth slowly coming into sight.
Jungkook doesn't answer and stands up, making his way towards the window. He leans on the edge of the window frame and casts his eyes back on him and shakes his head, "nothing, you're just," he sighs with a smile before pausing for a few seconds and continues, "very pretty."
Taehyung fails to cotton on to how his heart gathered pace in fraction of a second, an adorable roseate tinge verges on his ears, neck and cheeks as he speaks in an undertone, all giddy and shy, "t-thank you."
"So, what is keeping you this busy?" Jungkook asks with a curious smile.
"It's a diary. We were assigned to make a dairy entry everyday throughout the holiday, so I'm doing that." Taehyung says, tilting his head to the side to let him have a look.
Instead of taking up the space Taehyung emptied for him, Jungkook comes to stand right behind him, placing his hands on his shoulders and keeping his head right beside his own, the side of their faces in touch.
"And what have you been writing so intensely about?" He whispers, the reverberations travelling directly to Taehyung's weak heart, owning to their immensely close proximity.
Taehyung doesn't dare turn around, for it would result in his lips colliding with Jungkook's cheeks and he's pretty sure that would be an occurrence which will vault over his bounds of resistance; he will simply not make it out alive.
The words rest delicately on the page, the effort drawn in to create those strings of beads putting a shine on them. 'Summer days are said to be the longest amongst days falling under different seasons yet time seems to run its course a long way off from the set and unvarying pace, now that I am in the company of someone who has the power to either actually refute the validity of a universal truth or simply change my perspective vastly (and also unintentionally supporting Einstein's theory of relativity).' The first sentence reads and Jungkook lets out a breathy chuckle, falling a little more for Taehyung and his ways of giving a rarity that's so like him to anything that he does.
