Jeongguk's first day at the farm was pretty action-packed and he enjoyed it loads. He was hoping today to not be as eventful as yesterday but to be honest he wouldn't mind getting bitten again if he gets to witness Taehyung's heart stopping smile and the fact that he would be the reason to it, sent him over the moon.
"Tae, Jeonggukie, wake up sons," Taehyung's grandma says from the other side of the door and knocks a few times.
Taehyung woke up at once but Jeongguk doesn't move one bit. "Jeongguk, wake up!" He shakes his shoulder but it was of no use.
Taehyung tries to pull him over but Jeongguk hardly budges. He puts all his strength but to no avail and on the contrary end up falling flat on his butt.
His shriek of surprise straightway wakes up Jeongguk and he starts laughing once he sees Taehyung on the floor with a pained expression.
"What are you doing?" He's now sitting up on the bed with a sleepy smile which makes Taehyung's heart go doolally.
"I was trying to wake you up! But your ripped self wasn't even moving so I tried to pull you up and ended up falling," Taehyung laments dramatically which makes Jeongguk laugh again.
"Hey! Don't laugh! My ass hurts because of you!" He jabs a finger in the air towards him. Taehyung doesn't dwell over the double meaning his words hold and it's already late till the time he figures it out.
A sinister smirk is dancing on Jeongguk's face. "But I haven't even done anything yet," he asserts, slowly standing up and offering Taehyung his hand.
Taehyung almost chokes on air. "What?" His voice is echoing with surprise and disbelief at Jeongguk's audacity to utter something like this.
"M-move your hand!" He swats his hand away. "I can get up by myself."
Jeongguk takes a few steps away, leaning on the wall with his arms crossed over his chest. "Weren't you the one saying that your butt hurts because of me? God knows what you keep on fantasizing in that tiny brain of yours, Taehyungie?" He shakes his head, a devillish smile on his lips.
And if Taehyung didn't choke the first time, he definately did this time.
After getting fresh, they quickly make their way down to help in bringing the food from the kitchen. Jeongguk helps his grandmother to pour water in the glasses at the dining table while Taehyung arranges the plates in the kitchen.
After finishing with their breakfasts, they head towards the barn for carrying out the everyday tasks. They first take the cows and goats to the feeding ground just behind the barn and in the meantime, start with sweeping the barn.
