Jungkook never thought his heart would find the most beautiful ways to dance to the melody of the song titled as love, neither did he think of how even the simplest of moments would turn to the most aureate of hues nor did he guess that the cute far...

As Taehyung lay on his bed on his stomach, hands under his chin and eyes taking in the unfaltering descent of pearly beads through the window of his room, his mind meanders to memories of about an year back in time, which he shared with a ravenette in places that had the fragrance of fresh strawberries and the joy of chasing one another in those beryl hued fields.
Ever since they met at the party, Jeongguk and him talked everyday. Be it by meeting in person or through texting, none of them seemed to forget to initiate even a small conversation between the two. But for the last week, Jeongguk hasn't been answering his calls or his texts or sending his daily dose of cute calf pictures. Just to let it out, the ravenette fell in love with cute little calves ever since he met one with Taehyung at his farm.
It shouldn't have bothered Taehyung as much as it did but since when was he cautious of wearing his heart on his sleeve when it came to Jeongguk. Now it hasn't been passed on from generation to generation that prevention is better than cure for no good reason but Taehyung blames it all on his pubescent heart for amplifying the vehemence of those thousand and one emotions he feels and for heightening the depth of the chasm he has fallen into with no idea of getting out.
He's someone who adores the rain. The unbroken flow of tiny water droplets always gave him a sense of serenity and boundlessness. The only way through which the sky could caress the earth with it's delicate and dewy touch, so exquisite and beyond compare from days when it could only serenade it's love by means of summer clouds and eternal stars. But in this moment he feels as if something is missing. He feels restlessness gnaw at the edges of his heart so much as to have him striding in his room, mind rifling through different ideas of doing something to shift his attention from those bland mood swings. He feels the grey sky colour him grey.
He longs to see Jeongguk and throw himself into his astral eyes where the sweetest of stars rest upon the most scenic and richest of caliginous stretches. Where the unknown didn't bring fear to him but rather a sense of belongingness and serenity. Those eyes were a promise of a home he can always return to, a promise of joy and contentment in his good and bad days and an assurance to keep walking because even if he falls, Jeongguk would be there to hold him.
At heart, he still fears getting too attached but that fear holds no meaning with just a glimpse of the ravenette. He thinks it's stupid of him to have doubts despite Jeongguk assuring him that he wouldn't ever leave him like that but overthinking has always been his downside. It's kind of ridiculous, if you ask him. He used to think that in most of the cases, movies exaggerated post breakup dealings but look at him right now, being so edgy over being unanswered for a week. Jeongguk must be cramped with college work, he guesses but that doesn't ease him down.
