A week has passed since Yeji and I talked. She doesn't come over anymore. Our friends knows what happened.
It's awkward between Jisu and I but she doesn't seem to be mad at me. Chaeryeong and Yuna supports me. I'm not sure if it's because they knew me longer or if they truly believe I haven't done anything wrong.
Soobin knows what happened too. He said he tried talking to Yeji to explain everything and that she shouldn't hate me for not saying anything about his plan to break up with her.
I shouldn't have confessed to her or told her that I was partially a reason why it happened. I should have stuck with what Soobin said about not being able to give Yeji his all.
"What are you doing tonight?" Heejin ask.
She knows everything too. Surprisingly, she seems more upset with Yeji than I am. She doesn't understand how she can end our friendship like that. She said she understands being upset but not enough to end any type of relationship.
A part of me wonders if she did that because I confessed that I had feelings for her. Maybe it made her uncomfortable.
"I have nothing planned. Why?" I ask.
"You should come over. Hyunjin is having some friends over for dinner" she says.
"Why would you invite me? I don't want to crash your girlfriend's plans."
"You're my friend too. You don't hang out with me a lot outside of work so please" she pouts.
"Fine. Just don't do that. People here might actually think were dating and Hyunjin is your fake girlfriend."
"Hey, Ryujin" Haechan sits with us with his lunch.
"Hey" I simply say.
"Hi too" Heejin rolls her eyes.
"I get you like Ryujin but at least don't be rude and say hi to people she's with" Heejin comments.
"Sorry, hi Heejin" Haechan sheepishly smiles but Heejin ignores him.
"Are you free tonight?" Haechan ask.
"No she's not. She's coming to my house" Heejin answers for me and I give Haechan an apologetic look.
"Oh, that's cool" he fails to hide his disappointment.
He's showing more of his feelings towards me a lot lately so I think I should set things clear with him.
"Haechan, even if I didn't have plans I don't think it would be right for me to hang out with you. I can see that you like me and hanging out with you won't make you move on from me" I say.
"Oh" he says again while looking down.
"It has nothing to do with you as a person" I start off, "I'm just not attracted to men. I'm sorry."
"I understand" he says quickly before grabbing his stuff to leave.
I feel bad having to reject him but I know what it feels like to have feelings for someone who doesn't want you. Yeji made that clear by walking away from me. I need to start moving on too.
The rest of lunchtime, Heejin keeps talking about her girlfriend's friends tonight. I have feeling she's trying to set me up. At this point, I'm not against it. It doesn't harm anything to get to know someone I guess.

After work, I drive home to shower and change into some fresh clothes.
"Anyone home?" I ask while taking off my shoes.
