Over the next few days, Kimiko and Kageyama got to talking more, which also came with a celebration as Kageyama and Hinata passed their exams.

Kimiko decided she'd bring a surprise for the both of them.

The training camp was in a few days, so Kimiko went ahead and started packing a bit early so she'd be organized.

A few moments later, her phone began to ring. the contact read 'Tobio :D' so of course, she answered

"Hello?" Kimiko said, "Hi haha" Tobio replied. "What's up?" Kimiko asked. "Um- Does it matter where we go? Oh yeah, I just called to get things organized so I can pack accordingly" Tobio nervously proclaimed. "Um, no I'm fine with anything" Kimiko said giggling softly.

If you could see both of them, they have the same light-red tinted expression on their faces.

Tobio insisted that I choose the type of place we go to, putting a halt to my packing. He'd better be lucky that he isn't anyone else, I would've blocked him if he was.

"I'll get back with you on that, I'll probably text you around 4-ish" I said, Tobio hummed in response. "Well I'll talk to you then, bye bye" Tobio said, "Alright bye bye" I said hanging up the phone.

I continued packing all of the rest of my important stuff, keeping an eye on the time to ensure I don't break my promise.

All of a sudden, my phone rang, again.

"If that child is calling me again" I mumbled under my breath as I walked towards my phone. To my surprise the contact read completely different from what I expected, 'Kuroo :3' , appeared to be calling, which surprised me in all honesty.

I answered I mean it's Kuroo why wouldn't I answer?

"Hello?" I said. There was no answer. I asked again, and then again, and then one more time.

"Um, Kuroo, I don't know if you meant to call me or not but, uh, feel free to call me back later..? Um, bye bye" I said pressing the red button as I finished talking.

As I reached the end of my important packing, I realized that after this trip I'd have to go to my father's residence. I finished up everything but the last thing, I just flopped on my bed.

I sat there for a good minute, I'd occasionally open my eyes. However, the last time, I opened my eyes, I noticed my clock read 3:49 and I still didn't know where I would like to go since Tobio and I are both so indecisive.

I leaped out of bed as if I'd just seen a ghost, I opened my computer so fast I'm surprised I didn't break it.

After my ten-minute research session on places to go on 'excursions', as Tobio calls them, I finally came up with an idea that I think fits both of us.

Painting.

Hear me out, when I was tutoring Tobio I noticed while he was shuffling through his bag he had of school stuff he had a medium-sized brown sketchbook, and when he was flipping through his math journal there were a bunch of tiny sketches in it.

Thankfully, I made my decision right in time. I texted Tobio beforehand to make sure that he was still available to call but hopefully this time a facetime call. Luckily, he could.

I called him first since he called last time.

He answered quite rapidly, I didn't even get to hear the entire ringing sound.

"Hiiiii" I said, "Hiiiii" Tobio mocked. "So what did you come up with?" He asked. "So, I came up with painting. Like you know that thing where two people paint but switch canvases like every five to ten minutes?" I ranted. "Yea, I think I do" He replied. "Uh, you seem kind of confused so I'll send you a video as well but um yea that's what I've got" I said. "Well, just so you know that's not all we're doing so ill bring the rest of the surprises, that is if you're ok with bringing the art supplies." He said. "Oh yea sure, I'm down with that" I answered. "Alright, well now that all of that is settled if you want we can stay on facetime, but I'm gonna finish packing" Tobio said. "ok well I'll get the supplies packed and ready" I said.
