Katelyn had run out of the room, but Remus waited a few moments to catch his breath. He got up and started to walk out of the room when he heard the back door slam. Katelyn had left he house and Remus turned the corner into the kitchen.
Stopping, he grabbed a few odd things from the kitchen and opened the door after he had put them on. Now, Remus wore oven mitts over his hands, a sieve over his head and had magically spelled two wooden spoons as ears to the top of his new 'hat'. Pausing again, Remus pulled and apron over his head. Then he opened the door to go after his daughter.
He stopped in the doorway and looked imperiously round the garden. Seeing her light brown hair bobbing up and down, Remus said in a pathetic attempt to imitate a lion's growl, "Grrr. I'm coming little elf! To get yooouuu." He finished off in a sing song voice and set off down the garden in the ridiculous outfit.
