Remus smiled at Katelyn and raised his eyebrows in a mock-challenging nature. "Well," he said tapping her nose gently with his finger, "I love you to bits and bits and bits."
Even as he looked at Katelyn, the worry of what he needed to say to his daughter seeped into his mind. He was finally going to file for a divorce with Kara. And he needed to tell Katelyn this. No doubt Katelyn wouldn't feel anything for her mother as Kara hadn't been in her life whatsoever, but he was worried anyway. About how to break it to her, more than anything else.
