The metal ship couldn't have been colder. Here you were, a prisoner of the fire nation taken away from the only home you knew.
It was....kind of awkward.
You sat confused in a furnished room with a semi-comfortable bed. Apparently, they aren't prepared for prisoners and there is only one chamber that is reserved for someone they refused to tell you about.
You wondered if you were just supposed to sit there like a prisoner that they call you when there is a door that you can easily walk out from. For now, you lay on the quilted bed and stared at the metal ceiling. You tried to sleep and wake up like this was some sort of bad dream but you couldn't even feel and bit of drowsiness. The red aura that surrounded you was almost suffocating. You had felt the ship start to move and you walked to the room's window to watch as land got further and further away. It wasn't long for the sea sickness to hit you. The nausea was like no other you've felt. Though you did your best to calm your stomach it soon got worse with every sway of the ship.
The window was hard to figure out how to open since you aren't used to these types of windows. The only thing you could do is hold it in but when the door had opened you didn't register who would be on the other side, you just ran passed them and dashed to the nearest edge of the boat and you let it all out. You ignored the slight clamor of guards that went after you until you started puking overboard. No one wanted to go near you momentarily.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING OUT!" you heard a shout. Who else would it be if not the hot-headed prince himself?
"What does it look like I'm doing!" you shouted back in irritation and nausea as you stayed leaning overseeing the water crash on the side of the ship.
He paused in his steps and pinched his nose as he kept his distance from you, "Well-don't do it again." he tried to be commanding but he was tired.
"Sure I'll make sure not to puke on a ship when I've never been on one. That sounds logical.." You mumbled and wiped your mouth as you turned and went back to your room. You hoped maybe you could get some sleep to feel better. Zuko looked at you leave with an annoyed look but he was too tired to do anything about your disrespect, though he wouldn't like to admit that.
You fell onto the bed of your room and silently cried into the pillow. You were scared and angry and sad. Soon you fell asleep but you didn't know that the room next to yours was the one of Zuko's.

You had a strange dream.
There was a figure with a bushy head of hair holding out its pinky to you. But as soon as you took it the image faded with a burst of flame and you woke up with a groan. You sat up and rubbed your eye, wondering why the sun hadn't woken you up but once you blinked your eyes open you were faced with the realization that this was reality and your mood dropped. You shuffled to the window and all you saw was ocean. You hadn't felt the nausea too badly but you still felt woozy.
Then there was a knock at the door and you jumped in a turn and stood upright. Then the old man peeked his head in holding a bowl of steaming food.
"I thought you might be hungry." he spoke, "This helps with the seasickness," he said and this tone surprised you. The uncle of the mean fire prince was very nice.
"Oh um...thanks.." you say as you hesitantly walked over to accept the food. "That was a brave thing to do for your friends" He spoke referring to you giving yourself over. You hummed and poked at the food a bit, "I guess..it's only me that was taken from my home." you mumbled a little sour. you didn't feel like talking though and he seemed to understand and left you to eat. Strangely he suggested you to take a step out of the room every once in a while to get fresh air as if you were free to roam.
