AT LUNCH Augustine's mind was pretty much blank. The headaches had gone and now she had answers so everything was right, for now. Currently, she was holding out her tray as Doris placed a plate onto it. Augustine gave her a polite smile."I mean, the vessel just lit up for you the moment you touched it." Aisha sounded amazed as she talked to Musa who just shrugged in response.
"My magic's pretty much always on, makes crowded spaces a nightmare." The mind fairy said. This was a regular thing for her.
Her eyes glowed purple as she looked at Doris. "Doris is in physical pain." She stated.
Augustine raised her eyebrows in surprise, "Impressive." She chimed and Aisha nodded in agreement.
Musa's eyes glowed again. "That kid-," Augustine followed her gaze. "-scared and stressed, like a bunny when hawks circle."
Musa looked at Terra's dad, "Worried and tentative."
Augustine watched him move with her eyes like Musa and Aisha did.
"But that might just be heartburn. It's hard to tell them apart." Musa added.
Musa lifted her eyes to a boy walking down the staircase. Her eyes glowed purple and she got quiet. Augustine and Aisha shared a look.
"What just happened?" Aisha asked when the boy disappeared around the corner.
Augustine let a smile fall to her lips. "I think Musa's found someone." She teasingly said.
Musa nudged her jokingly and responded to Aisha's question. "I'm not entirely sure."
"Uh huh." Augustine said as Aisha hummed. The three sat down at the same table as Terra and Bloom.
"So here's what we should do." Aisha said, sounding serious as soon as they sat down. "Maybe we should make a list of emotional triggers."
Augustine shook her head, "I don't think that's the best approach." Aisha looked at her, "We could trigger the wrong emotional and cause a wildfire."
Bloom cut in, "I appreciate what you're both trying to do but I can figure this out on my own."
Augustine shrugged her shoulders and placed her spoon full of jello in her mouth.
"I'm sure." Aisha said. "I just think you might be in your head about the whole changeling stuff and overthinking."
Augustine choked on her food. "You're a changeling?" She whispered shouted.
Bloom ignored her question, "So everyone knows."
Augustine caught Terra's eyes and she knew that the earth fairy didn't know about this too. Being out of the loop was the worst.
"Oh is that why you freaked out at the vessel? That makes so more sense." Terra exclaimed. Augustine laughed at bit when Terra didn't get the hint Musa gave her to stop talking.
"Terra." Augustine said, faking a cough.
"-and i'm making it worst." Terra sluggishly said. Musa nodded while Augustine laughed, covering her mouth with her hand.
The sound of heels approached their table. Stella walked up to their table with Sky in suit.
"So we have a plan to get my ring back." The light fairy announced."What's this." Musa questioned as Terra leaned closer to the map. "It's Alfea." Terra answered with a smile.
"The little dotted line is The Barrier and that's Crag Creek." Terra pointed to the spots as she explained what they were. "Wind meadow!" she chuckled. "When I was a kid, i'd spend every-,"
