My voice is a call away,
My head is a mile away.
Your voice is a call away,
Your texts are a second away
I am avoiding,
ignoring,
hanging up.
You are calling,
talking to,
texting me.
My eyes are closed with my hands on my ears,
and I am shut in, and self-isolating.
Self-destructing and self-violating.
You are yelling,
screaming, begging,
talking, calling,
and pleading.
I am avoiding,
Ignoring, self-destroying,
escaping, evading,
and eluding.
Yet your voice is just a call away.
Your voice is small,
And I am asleep.
Your voice is loud
and I am outside.
Your thoughts are probing,
and I am out walking
Your thoughts are abstaining,
and I am out eating.
I hear you through the tunnel in the mountain,
But I am a train, my attention is sparring.
I hear you under the water as i swim in the sea,
But I am a shark and I'm looking for blood in the water.
So block me, hate me, and ignore me.
Because I can't hear you, understand you, nor comprehend you.
Let me self-isolate,
Wallowing in my delusions.
