Caius Volturi

You'd been living with Cullens for most of your life, You were the final one turned by Carlisle, so that made you the youngest of the clan, you were only a few months younger than Edward. "Carlisle, I'm never going to find my mate" you whined as you watched Bella and Edward "You will, (Y/N)" he replied "I'll never find him" you said. Jasper was stood behind you "Be patient, he will find you" Jasper said.

During the night all you could hear was Bella and Edward, you grabbed you blanket and pillow and headed downstairs. Esme was already on the couch "You should be resting" she said "I can't because of the love birds" you replied. After that nigh Esme had a conversation with Edward, "It's not really our fault she's not found him" Edward said "I know, but I can't have her moping around the house all the time, longingly staring at what you and Bella have" Esme said "I suppose we can tone it down a bit" Edward said.

The years went by, Edward and Bella got married, you still had no mate. When their child Renesme started growing a lot quicker than expected, and she was spotted by a cousin, who reported her straight to the Volturi, it could all come to a war. Many vampires from all over the place, came to help, as old friends of Carlisle. It was a wonder you hadn't found a mate between the many that had arrived. You went to speak with Carlisle in his office. "(Y/N), is everything okay?" he asked "Carlisle, I think I'm broken" you said "Why?" he asked "Still no mate, not anyone of the single vamps you've brought here are them either" you said "You are not broken, he'll be out there waiting for you" Carlisle said "I doubt it" you replied.

The snow had stuck, meaning it was time. You got changed into your best outfit. You all arrived at the meeting place. The Volturi arrived. Aro, Marcus and Caius emerged from the guard and supporters. The wolves came out from behind the trees, no one had told you as you heard then snarl, you flinched. Carlisle wanted to talk instead of fight. They were talking but you were to focused on the fact that you had two wolves beside you. You looked over at the Volturi, Caius wasn't looking to pleased about the wolves either, and seemed less pleased that two were beside you.

Caius had his eyes on you while Edward stepped forward, he motioned for you to come towards him, the wolves snarled at every attempt you made. Caius was still adamant for you walk over, you felt something puling you towards them. You attempted again, being successful. You walked across "(Y/N)!!!" Edward yelled, Jacob went after you, you ran towards Caius. Jacob got your leg and pulled you back "Jacob, let her go!" Carlisle said, he was reluctant "Let her go!" Bella yelled. Jacob let go of you, you got up and carried on. Caius' arm slipped around you waist "Did that wolf hurt you, my love?" he asked "Little bit" you replied "A Cullen has joined our ranks, how surprising" Aro said.

Esme and Carlisle smiled at you, Emmett and Roseline gave you a nod. They must've know this whole time, that you belonged with Caius.

Caius walked you to the guard, as he helped you, dark blood spots were dripping onto the snow, Alice and Jasper arrived, Alice approached Aro, showing him his fate if he was to fight, "how can we be sure that she will stay concealed from the human world?" Caius said. "Because we done a little searching on our own" Jasper said.

After the confirmation that Renesme could be hidden, the Cullens headed home. Caius turned to you, "Jane, where is (Y/N)?" He asked "She collapsed about halfway through" Jane replied "Why didn't you tell me?" He asked "I don't know, sorry Master" she said. Caius knelt beside you "(Y/N), my darling Queen, what's causing you so much discomfort" he asked "the bite" the replied, Caius immediately inspected the two holes left behind, he placed his hand over them "It's a lot warmer than the rest of you. That beast must've have passed on some form of infection. The quicker we get you home the quicker, we can get the wound flushed" he said.

Aro and Marcus watched as their brother picked up his mate, the only emotion written on his face was concern. Caius carried you, as they headed home.

At the castle, he took you to the bathroom which was installed for any humans that might befall them. Demitri walked in with a syringe and water. Caius held your hand as Demitri began the process of flushing the wound, you screamed as the pain, increased "Shhh, Shhhh. (Y/N), I know it's hurting, I'm right here, you don't need to cry" he said, kissing your cheek. After the whole ordeal, Caius helped you settle into his room, "you just rest, my love. You'll be okay" he said.
