You were sat with the twins "It's April fools and I want to prank Caius, but I don't know what do to" you said "Fake Pregnancy" Alec replied "Why are you good at suggestions?" you asked "I'd just like to see his face when you tell him, especially because we have no idea if we can reproduce or not with us being so much older" Alec replied, "I'll ask Heidi to source a fake baby bump" you said. You headed to Heidi "I want to prank Caius can you help me create a realistic baby bump" you asked "Of course, I'm sure we have one, I actually pulled the same prank on Demitri, he legit almost fainted" she said, "I would have loved to have seen that" you said "Aro thought is was so funny" she said. 

Heidi helped you prepare for the prank "You'd make a cute pregnant woman" she said "You're sweet" you replied. After the preparing, Heidi told Marcus, Aro, Felix, Santiago and Demitri what you were planning. 

You came into the throne room later that you were supposed too, you sat beside Caius. "You're late, are you okay?" Caius asked "Just been sick a few times" you replied "If you're ill, you should rest, would you like me to escort you to bed?" he said "I'll be fine here, my love" you said. Caius was holding your hand, you squeezed it "OWW! Why are cramps so painful" you whined. "On my lap, I can soothe you" he said. 

Caius put his hand on your stomach "You're bloated, darling. Have you eaten anything today?" he asked "I can't keep anything down, I've been having this weird craving" you said, you faked a gag "Heidi, take (Y/N) to the bathroom" Caius said, Heidi took you to the bathroom, "It's just a little bigger, Not much" she said. 

She took you back to the throne room, you sat back down on Caius lap, cradling your stomach, his hand resting upon it "You're stomach's a little bigger, love" he said "I've never felt like this before" you said "What was your weird craving?" he asked "Human blood" you replied. This made everyone turn to you, Caius looked at your stomach, he smiled a little "You must be pregnant, I didn't think it was possible" he said. 

After a few minutes, you saw Aro starting to crack, "Happy April fool, my love" you whispered "You'll be punished tonight" he whispered back. Marcus even smiled, Aro was just full on laughing. "I'm sorry Caius but I had to" you said. "Stand up, darling" he said. You stood up, he stared at you "You make an adorable pregnant woman" he said. Caius stood up, he put his arms around you "Can I?" he asked, you placed hands so they were cradling the fake stomach "I want this for real" you said "I can try and give you this" he said "Won't it kill me" you said "I'm afraid it can" Aro said, a tear slid down your cheek "Don't cry, sister. I'm sure, Carlisle can help us figure something out" Marcus said.
