Caius Volturi

You were sat in the snow, waiting for the Volturi to arrive. The Cullens knew you hated wolves after you had almost died when you accidentally stumbled onto their land a few years ago. They still invited them to fight and two were beside you, of course they knew who you were and they could sense your fear. You never stood up when the Volturi arrived. You watched the Volturi, as the wolves beside you growled you saw it was the Blonde king who flinched. Although being the only human there, you were trying to keep the fear under some sort of control.

As the trial proceeded, Bella was asking you to come forward but you were frozen in fear, Caius allowed Aro to see his thoughts "She will not come forward because of the wolves. I'll go to her. Make it a little easier" Aro said, he was followed by a few members of the guard, he held your hand, he saw Renesme. But you also allowed him to see some other things, he saw the fight, you almost dying, you then let him see your true mate bond, not many humans actually know so Aro was amazed.

Aro helped you up "come with me, dear sister." He said. The wolves were reluctant, one pounced on you, knocked you to the ground "Sam, stand down. Off her now" Jasper said. Sam got off you and stepped back. Jasper came over and helped Aro to get you off the floor. "Enjoy your new life, Caius will protect you" he said.

Aro passed you over to Caius, he took you to the back of the guard, he patted you down "No immediate injures that's good." He said, you nuzzled his neck "you're so shaken by them." He said. He took you to the front, "you don't have to look" he said. After the trial of sorts, you were taken to your new home.

You were asleep on the plane, Caius noticed your restlessness, you shot awake. You were soon in his lap "My queen, it's okay" he soothed, you nuzzled his neck again, his scent calmed you, he kissed your forehead "You're in luck, Vampires don't sleep. I'll be able to soothe you at all hours" he said, you sneezed "Bless you, darling" he said. Over a few nights, you were having frequent nightmares, Caius gave you lots of attention when it happened.

You were in the library, reading with Caius, he was teaching you about the arts. After which you went to bed. In the morning, when you woke up, you sneezed a few times, you wiped your nose on your hand, vowing to wash your hands after but when you looked, blood was on your hand. You ran to the bathroom, the door slammed behind you, as you looked into the mirror, blood dripped into the sink.

Caius walked in your room to wake you for the morning, when he noticed you weren't in bed, then the scent of your blood came from behind the bathroom door "(Y/N), my queen, is everything okay?" he asked You didn't know how to reply, "Caius, just having a little trouble" you replied, the door opened, you turned around, Caius stood there with the upmost concern, then he saw the sink "Darling, where has this blood come from?" he asked, you moved your hand "I can't get it to stop' you said "That's fine, I think it's best if you sit down, I wouldn't want you to faint" he said.

Once you were sat on the bed, Caius left for a second and came back with a cloth and ice. He sat on the edge of the bed, he held the cloth to your nose "How did this start?" he asked "I sneezed, it might have been the dust from the books, I'm allergic to dust" you said "What other allergies do you have?" he asked "Just dust" you replied, he took the cloth away "Looks like it's stopped" he said, he let you clean up and get changed. In the throne room, Aro was sat on his throne "What took so long?" he asked "Nosebleed, it wouldn't stop" you replied "That's quite alright" he said.

You had been out to the market, with Jane and Felix, they were told to spoil you by Caius. They bought you so many clothes and shoes. Anything you could have wanted they bought. After a very long day you collapsed on to the bed, instantly asleep. Caius came up to see you, he smiled a little and made you comfortable, he settled down beside you.

You woke up midday, you rolled over with a groan "(Y/N), you don't sound well" he said "Made a very bad mistake with all the ice cream" you replied "You poor thing, is there anything I can do?" he asked "A bucket to throw up in would be great and you to stay with me" you said "Okay, I'll let Aro know. I won't be too long" he said.

"Caius where is our dear sister?" Aro asked "She's still in bed, I'm staying with her today, she's feeling very unwell at the moment" Caius replied "We'll be up to see her little later" Aro said.

Caius helped you sit up, he got a cloth from the bathroom. He sat beside you "Is there anything else you need?" he asked "you" you replied. Caius braided your hair, "You've gotten rather pale" he said "I'm gonna be sick" you said, he handed you the bucket, he rubbed your back as you threw up "It's okay, stay calm." he soothed, he gently dabbed your forehead with the cloth. This continued on and off for at least two hours "Are you done?" Caius asked, you nodded exhausted. Felix came in "Would you like me to clean the bucket, Master?" he asked "Yes, tell Aro and Marcus that if they want to see her now is the best time before she falls asleep" Caius said "Yes Master" Felix replied. 

Caius wiped your lips, then he went to the bathroom, bringing a fresh cloth, damp with cool water, he laid you down and placed the cloth on your forehead. Aro and Marcus arrived, "Dear sister, Caius said you were dreadfully sick this morning, he was definitely right." Aro said "I'm a little better now" you replied "You'll be resting for at least a few days, Jane's gone to get something's what Carlisle recommended" Marcus said "Yes, you need your rest, We'll come see you soon. Caius will stay with you" Aro added.
