Caius Volturi

You were sat in the bathroom at school, hiding away. You'd been caught in a situation with the school bullies, they usually targeted Belle, that was before she left to be with Edward. The rest of Cullen's still lived in forks. You didn't want anyone knowing what they did, especially Charlie as he would go straight to be principal and you'd be made an example of by the bullies. After school, you went to find Emmett.

"Emmett?" you called "(Y/N), hey" he smiled "Is Carlisle in work?" you asked "Not today, why?" he asked. "Can I hop in for a ride, I need him to look at a cut" you said "Sure, get in" Emmett said. You got into the car, Alice looked over, "I saw what happened to you, I don't think hide something like this from Charlie" she said "I'm hiding it from him no matter what" you said.

Arriving a the Cullens house, you were still always amazed by its exterior "You always pull the same face every time you're here" Jasper said "It's always amazing looking" you replied. "Looks like we've got guests" Emmett said, spying out a black expensive looking car. "The Volturi" Rosaline said, "Who?" you asked "They're basically our royal family and law makers" Jasper explained. You followed Emmett inside, standing close to Jasper.

All eyes gold and red fell on to you, "Who's this?" Aro asked "This is (Y/N), she's living with Charlie at the moment, she attends the high school here" Carlisle explained. You backed up against the wall, "Don't be scared, (Y/N). We're not bad" Aro said. Aro approached you, he took your hand, his was cold against your skin. He let go a few moments later "You need medical attention, that's why you're here" He said. Carlisle took you through to his office, he cleaned up the cuts, clipping back your hair to examine a bruise "That's a bad one, how did it happen?" He asked "Slammed into a wall made of brick. I didn't want to go to the nurse, I don't want Charlie ever finding out" you replied, " I promise, I won't tell in, here. Keep ice on it for 10 minutes, should prevent swelling" he said. You laid back on the table "You want to stay in here?" he asked. "Please, can I see the Volturi?" you asked "Of course. It's a wonder why you aren't immortal already" Carlisle said.

The Volturi and the guard entered the room. "Curious that a human would ask for us" Demitri said, "Aro, can you tell me what you saw?" you asked "I've seen your life, what happened today. You've got a very anxious mind" he said. "You know I've always wanted to be immortal" you said "Really?" Marcus asked "Yeah, it's seems much less stressful then a human life" you replied, "How so?" Jane asked. "You live a life of luxury in castle. Vampires don't get bullied, don't get hurt, don't get in horrible situations. They also forget their human memories" you said "Why would you want to forget those?" Caius asked "If you've seen what Aro has, you wouldn't blame me" you replied "that is true, brother. I'm afraid sweet (Y/N), that, heavy traumatic human memories can stay with you even as a vampire, it's not a guarantee" Aro replied.

Caius took your hand from the ice pack, and held it for you "I like this human" he said "You must be an angel, if Caius is fond of you" Alec said, "I'm no angel" you replied. "We must be going back to Volterra" Marcus said, "(Y/N), ask Carlisle for our address, anytime you want out of your life, I'll come get you or stay with you." Caius said, he left you with a kiss on your forehead.

Jasper came in, once the Volturi left "How was that?" he asked "I like him" you said "Aro?!" Jasper exclaimed "No! Caius" you replied "Oh, you had me scared for a second" he said.

You got up from the table "Someone's forming a mate bond" Alice squealed "Charlie isn't going to like it" you said "He'll get over it, he did with Bella" Rosaline said.

Months went by, Caius went without word from you, by this point he was pacing his study at all hours hoping Heidi would walk through the door with a letter. A letter did arrive but was from Carlisle.

"Dear Caius,

We need you, urgently in Forks. (Y/N) has had even more of a struggle with her bullies at school, with Charlie being unwell. She's spending more and more time isolated in her room at our house. She comes home from school with new bruises everyday. She barley eating, grades aren't slipping but I think she drowning herself in her studies to avoid her reality. It looks like she really needs you to help her through. She's become a very fragile and emotional human, outburst of anger enough to rival Jasper's thirst. Emmett is the only one who can hold her back, whether it be the Quillettes who tease her or Bella, It never bodes well. Charlie wants to keep her in school no matter what a mate bond would say, he doesn't want her to be like Bella. Please come as soon as you can, I don't know how much longer she can hold on this way

Carlisle"

Caius headed to the throne room "I'm heading to Forks now, it's urgent. If you need me, solve it yourself" he said.

Caius arrived in Forks, he quickly made it to the Cullens house, he knocked. "Come on, I'll take you to her" Carlisle said. They walked up the flights of stairs, Carlisle opened the door, Caius walked in, Carlisle closed the door.

"(Y/N), sweet angel, would you like some help, or cuddles?" Caius asked "I'd like to punch a hole through the window" you snarled. Caius went over to you, he wrapped his arms around your waist "I wouldn't do such a thing, You do that and the glass would cut right through your skin hitting bone" he said. "maybe those bullies should have thought about all of this before they decided to target me" you said. Caius picked you up with ease "I'm here, any emotion you want to let out, you let it out. If you want to scream, scream. If you want to hold something tightly, you have every right to hug me as tightly as you can." he said. "What if I feel like throwing something" you asked "I'll take you outside, we'll find rocks or make snow balls depending on the weather, you throw them at a tree or in water" he said "Can we do that now?" you asked. "Of course, let's wrap you up warm, I don't want you catching a cold, that'll just make you more miserable" he said. Caius took you outside, he sat on the ground, placing you in his lap. He made up some snow balls, you threw them at the trees.

When you threw the last one, you curled up in his lap "Can I leave forks with you?" you asked "Like right now?" he asked "Yes" you said, "You know Charlie wouldn't allow that" he said "Screw what he says. I don't care" you cried, "Let's get you inside, my sleep deprived, darling" he said. Caius carried you inside "Got her anger out?" Esme asked "Anger is gone, She's now really tired and really upset" Caius replied "She's been a rollercoaster of emotions for a long while" Esme said.

Caius carried you upstairs to your room, he wrapped you up in a blanket and cuddled you as you sobbed on his shoulder, he rocked you hoping to help calm you down and ease you into a nights rest. When you began to drift off, he slowly laid you down and pulled you to his chest "Good night my love" he said.
