What Flies Beneath

Everyone has a past, and people like Blake knows that really well, but dragons also got their own past

(Berk's plaza)

One morning on Berk everyone was confused because there was a giant hole in the middle of the plaza, some Vikings went to investigate including Hiccup, Blake and their dragons

Toothless and Thunder looked inside the hole and sniffed it a bit but they roared at it aggressively "Whoa, take it easy, it's just a hole" Hiccup said trying to calm the dragons down

"It's not just a hole!" Buckets voice echoed from the hole "It's like an underground village!"

Everyone looked inside the hole and saw Bucket standing at the bottom "Bucket, there you are!" Mulch said looking inside the hole as well "I've been looking for you all night"

"Sorry Mulch... But I think I finally found it... My happy place" Bucket said happily but suddenly a bunch of dirt flew through the hole tossing Bucket out of the hole in the process

Bucket landed on the ground and everyone ran towards him "Bucket are you alright?" Stoick asked

"I'm not so happy anymore" Bucket said as he sat up

"What happen?" Stoick asked

"Something pushed me off" Bucket explained a bit scared "Something's down there, something big"

"I have a bad feeling about this" Blake said

Meanwhile Toothless and Thunder were still looking at the hole, then Toothless jumped into the hole followed by Thunder but no one noticed it

Suddenly everyone heard weird noises coming out of the hole as the ground began to shake "What's than noise?" Astrid asked

Then a giant spiked dragon with a snake-like body and completely white eyes emerged from the hole

"Look at the size of that thing" Snotlout said amazed

"Do I have to!?" Fishlegs asked nervously

"Dragons, everyone" Astrid ordered

All of the teens except for Hiccup and Blake rode their dragons while the giant dragon only looked at them

"Uh, I don't like when it's eyeballing me" Snotlout said

"Don't worry, it's not just you" Fishlegs said

"Thanks, big relief!" Snotlout said sarcastically rolling his eyes

They for no reason the dragon dived back into the ground and disappeared

"What was that?" Astrid asked stunned

"Whatever it was, I want one!" Tuffnut yelled excited

"If I had to take a guess, I'd say it was a Whispering Death" Fishlegs said

"Where'd it go!? Why's it here!? What's it going to do with us!? Why aren't you slapping me to snap me out of this!?" Bucket asked frightened standing on a barrel

"Because I'm scarred too, Bucket" Mulch explained standing on a barrel as well

"Okay, uh, Fishlegs, what do we know about the Whispering Death?" Hiccup asked

"Boulder class, razor-sharp teeth, incredibly strong, hunts from the underground" Fishlegs said

"Um, do we know anything of how to defeat it?" Blake asked seconds before the Whispering Death came out of a new hole

"Stand back everyone!" Stoick yelled as he appeared riding Tornado "Tornado's got something to say to this beast"

Then Tornado fired a sonic blast to the Whispering Death but it was unaffected by this "I don't think it's got its listening on" Gobber said
