Stoick and Gobber were riding Tornado above the ocean while Hiccup and Blake follow them riding Toothless and Thunder

"Where is he?" Stoick asked looking at Gobber "He's been late before, but never this late"

"Are you sure Trader Johann, has it?" Gobber asked

"I'm sure, I heard it from Jorhenson, who heard it from Stevenson the Shepherd, who talked to Toldstadt the Fisherman, who said he saw Johann put it on his boat himself" Stoick explained

"Sorry for interrupting, but you haven't told us what are we looking for" Blake said

"It might help us actually knew what are we looking for" Hiccup said

"We're looking for Johann" Stoick said "That's all you two need to know"

Later they landed at Berk's dock, Stoick got off Tornado looking disappointed

"Not to worry old friend, he'll arrive safely and in good time" Gobber said placing a hand on Stoick's shoulder

Hiccup looked at his dad before looking at Toothless, Blake and Thunder "Come on guys, we're going on a little field trip"

(Dragon Academy)

Later that day Hiccup and Blake were at the academy packing some supplies such as water and some salmon

"Okay, we'll start the west islands and work our way back" Hiccup said

"Back from where?" a voice asked, Hiccup and Blake turned around and saw Astrid getting off Stormfly

"Uh, just a quick spin around the island" Hiccup lied

"Then why are you bringing enough food for Snotlout's whole family for just a quick spin?" Astrid asked pulling a salmon out of Hiccup's satchel

"Do I hear my name?" Snotlout asked walking towards them when Astrid stopped talking "Ooh, I do see salmon" he said before taking the salmon out of Astrid's hand before he started eating it

"I think we better say the truth" Blake said looking at Hiccup

"All right" Hiccup sighed "If you must know-"

"And we must" Astrid interrupted

"I'm going to so something for my father, and I asked Blake for some help" Hiccup explained but Astrid and Snotlout only looked at him wanting more information "Okay, Trader Johann is bringing something for him, something important and he should have been here by now"

"You're not trading fish, are you?" Snotlout asked with his mouth full of salmon "Because it's delicious" then Hookfang ate one salmon straight out of Snotlout's hand "Hey!" he said snapping his fingers

Then Hookfang regurgitated the salmon's head on Snotlout's hand before he started eating it

"When do we leave?" Astrid asked

"Only me and Blake are going" Hiccup said "If we all disappear my dad will suspicious"

"Only you two?" Snotlout asked as he laughed "Like you can handle anything if we weren't there to-" he said before starting to choke but Astrid punched him on the gut making him spit out the head of the salmon

"Alright, you two can come" Hiccup groaned "But that's it, don't even tell the others, I am serious"
